There is a difference between DoHC and SOHC. Ktm has shifted from Dohc to Sohc in duke 250
Dohc are known for better refinement.

Iske sensors me bhut dikkat hai na indicators jalte hai na hazard na side stand ka sensor be krab hai aur 1 2 gear me kabhi kabhi neutral ajati hai pr riding me best hai

Duke has a decent power with better mileage and has better looks and road presence whereas speed 400 has more power (in spec sheet but it's a cruiser so don't expect 390 type power surge) and since its a cruiser so comfort is also better
When it comes to vibration its a subjective thing. For some vibration means buzzing and for some vibration is like a generator.
