Morning Jake. U mentioned having a house is a free warp. I haven't paid to warp to a wayshrine for a very long time. Purchasing the Sugar bowl house in Rimmen for 3000 gold (N Elsweyr) is the way forward. Warp there for free and a wayshrine is right outside the front door. This method saves you a lot of gold over time.
Buy Kragenhome for 60k, has a furniture item in it that i just sold last week for 330k so thats 270k gold profit margin just for buying a small notable crib 🤷♀️ 4x profit roi, pure real estate 😎
I could definitely use Armoury on the go. I swap slots constantly. Here are some extra tricks to make the best of the armoury: -Low in skill points to be a crafter? Always respec to do your daily writs and then go back to your normal setup. I do that everyday til I get enough skillpoints -You can save vampirism and werewolf in armoury slots and alternate between human or curses form without having to get another bite or pay to be cured. You don't lose your curse level, so don't worry. -Always leave one slot empty so you can fully respec without any cost.
Great tip on Vampire well/thrall. Just learned about aetherial well recently. Wondered how people were turning up to BGs/Dungeons with full ultimate. Thank Jake
I like having the rag picker for when I'm farming sets for my sticker book. You can go into a public dungeon every two or three bosses. Pull out the picker destroy the stuff that you just want to put in your book so that you don't get it. When you kill the boss again. Usually takes me two or three hours to farm all three sets out of a public dungeon except for those few pieces you can't get. And even some of those you end up being able to get through the special named items that will randomly drop.
This house looks incredible! Side note: as a Tank main who occasionally does PvP, its vital for me to have the armorer. The ability to swap on the fly between my solo setup, my tank setup, and pvp setup is incredibly incredibly useful. I would be soloing in overland and get a request on zone chat for help with worldboss or a dolmen, and i can swap to tank gear to assist then swap back when done. Armorer is the most important assistant i own :)
Aw, I'm in the ashes of red mountain guild. It's nice seeing the guild hall on the web. Also, for houses. I use them as free wayshrines and easy access to all zones and public dungeons on new toons.
A must have house in my opinion is flaming nix deluxe garret in mournehold. It’s near a wayshrine, all the guildtraders, the master writ merchent, the guildhalls, the undaunted unclaive and crafting stations.

The very first house I build was a full blown courthouse of nocturnal complete with a district attorney and execution chamber, we had a divorce case go down once and we had to sentence the ex wife to sexecution and now I'm a daedric lawyer, you should host a housing competition someday I'll partake
I grt all the houses I can, used as TP points, and some chests, Shared Caracter stuff and companion gears, all my caracters can go get food, lockpicks, gold what else they need. Much more easy then use bank.
Why did the ESO player buy a small, cozy house instead of a grand mansion? Because they wanted to avoid the overwhelming responsibility of maintaining an estate and preferred a "no-room-for-dragon" approach to homeownership!
Once people realize 160 bucks for 21k crowns is terrible to make gold when u can just buy 11to 12m for that price instead of 2.1m off selling crowns lol big diff
Later this year ZOS is going to be introducing a new Attunable crafting station that can hold ALL the sets, so people won't have to have tons of stations in their houses any longer.

Don't think the storage boxes can be called "free storage". They do cost a bit. Or a lor of learning and crafting to get the writ vouchers.
