Australia 🦘. Thanks for this amazing video showing the whole process involved in making these tables. I have wanted one for a while, maybe someday soon.
Nice Video. It's great that there is no weird music playing in the background or comic sounds added for special effects. So many channels ruin the video with that sadly.
What an amazing machine, lots of areas during construction for something to go wrong, the factory looks very clean and well organised, thanks for posting
That's factory has a surprising level of vertical integration for what you would normally consider a fairly niche product. From the looks of it. the only bit they aren't making in house is the electronics and wiring. I was initially surprised by the fact they were making their own motors, but after seeing just how many motors are in each unit, I guess it does make sense. Maybe the market for automatic mahjong tables is bigger than I was thinking..
It's big as hell. If you travel to China, remember to count the number of them. It's gonna surprise you, especially in the undeveloped places. Poverty leads to gambling, gambling leads to poverty.
I have travelled quite a bit in China, and although I have seen a lot of people playing mahjong, the only automatic tables I've ever seen were in the houses of people with a higher income or in the HK mahjong parlors. That was exactly why I was surprised at the scale of the production. @@hanyanglee9018
This factory is impressive. I didn’t expect a Mahjong machine that can be seen everywhere to be so complicated. Moreover, this factory produces almost all the spare parts, and the degree of automation is quite high.
I love factory videos. It may be a coincidence, but this video shows the largest, cleanest, and most automated Chinese factory I've ever seen. Even more than a high-tech parts production plant. It's very Chinese.
I’ve seen the game stones around but I never thought it included a table and kept wondering why there were so many assembly processes and the reason for that many gears… Well I got my answer at the end… I think I want one of these now.. The factory, the workers and the final product was amazing. Great Video!!!
I have many fond memories of playing Mahjong with some men near my hotel in Shenzhen China. I was there for two weeks on business and these older guys just randomly invited me over to chat and before I knew it, they were teaching me to play Mahjong. Easily one of the top travel experiences in my life.
China has reached this level in industrialization and every other field with knowledge, patience, and sincerity in work china has become the world factory I love this country and everything that comes from it of course quality is important . thank you for your channel I have joined it
All of east Asia loves Mahjong. Not just China and Japan, but also Vietnam and South Korea, not to mention the American players (the old ladies who play "Maahj" and the growing Riichi fanbase both love automatic tables).
Technically it’s possible to make physical (non-electronic) physical earplugs that reduce loud noises from faraway but allow human speech or sounds nearby the factory workers (human ear canal or ear hole is big e.g. 3 to 5 cm - make ear plug or ear muff with smaller hearing hole [patent: Zig Zag hole canal]). The proposal to management is not about the pain and suffering of deaf factory workers, but to max recruitment, labour retention, labour supply and reduce salaries due to increased number of available factory workers globally. This max management profits and charity donations.
Each mahjong piece has a magnet embedded in it and is driven by a conveyor belt and a motor. The video of the production process of mahjong pieces is available at the following link ruclips.net/video/HRILTTb51RI/видео.html
This fully automatic table is not necessarily necessary for all mahjong games. However, traditional hand-loaded mahjong is prone to cheating and is unfair, so if you want to play mahjong with complete fairness, you should buy this fully automatic table or go to a mahjong parlor that has a fully automatic table.
Maganda pa yung mano mano pagawa ka lang lamesa ok na d kailangan ng kuryente pangmayaman lang yan we can’t afford to buy that ang mahal pero kung 5k lang bili ako kahit dalawa ang isa gawin kainan ang isa tong itan ayos mga igan
After each game of mahjong, there is a need to mix and stack cards, which is very troublesome and time-consuming. The automatic mahjong machine can stack another deck of cards inside when they play mahjong.
Did you notice that some workers you could only see the hands? Well, I guess they didnt want their face to be filmed so they didnt film it. I am sure they asked if they can film their faces or not!

As a retired engineer I was very impressed with both the product design and the production design. World class.
As a retired millionaire I am very impressed too.

It's not a niche product. Do you know how many Asians in the world play Mahjong and I don't mean matching pairs in American video games.
it's a popular pass time.
I won't be surprised if they sold more of this than decks of cards in one of the western countries.
Great manufacturing, safe, efficient and clean.

It is the result of capital, technology and endurance of the Chinese people.

Wow...that's a complex electro-mechanical machine. There must be a large market for these devices to setup such a complex factory.
Exactly
China is a big market. In 2022, 600,000 mahjong machines were produced nationwide.

This factory has such incredibly hard-working people. I hope they are rewarded with exceptional pay and long vacation periods!

Quite the factory! Very nice.
Good news for mahjong lovers
After watching this video, I am better at playing mahjong.😜
Wow, did not know under the table it was so complicated.
2 thing I like especially, eliminate players cheating when stacking, 2, reduce the noisiest part of the game.
Its also noisy i was on the other side of the road you hear the sound of the tiles maingay pagnagtapon ka ng tiles ang nipis parang gawa lang sa lata
so comfort
It's my dream as a mechatronics to work in maintenance in there.
wow... waiting for a slimmer version and i would buy it!

How does the machine know to have the tiles face down? Is the mechanism to determine face or face down? How does that work?

Wow! More complicated than washing machine and dryer or HVAC!😅😂
yes it is

about 600-1000$
my only concern is the materials they use which around 97% are plastics and it wont last long!! how much does it cost in the market??
@MaxineWashington tnx for the rply
Workers wear hearing protection to extend workers’ lifespan and max management profits. Deduct workers’ salaries to buy earplugs?
