I love the gold inside of the pendant lights. You could always use that same gold and paint a one-inch band on the bottom front of the hood. Gold guiding rub would work too. I like grey as well.

I am totally making this vent cover😊 I am going to add trim along the edge if it to mimic the shaker style cabinets ❤ have you thought of doing that ti yours, it would blend nicely & I think you should paint yours closer to the cabinet color, it's coming off white/gray (er).. nice work

It is looking wonderful, and someone will be thrilled to have an almost-new home whether buying or renting. Always important to remember that in the grand scheme of things, getting a property ready for sale or rental as quickly as possible is more important than finessing the finishes.

Just for info purposes….white appliances are very in style with designers now. Cafe but GE is an example. Stainless is not a first choice any longer. B
I like the tile, but I’m a gray person. I love gray. I have a lot of it in my house. Also I have a white stove and I absolutely love my white stove. All my appliances are white. When I had my cabinets done, I did white as well because my kitchen is so dark there’s one window but it faces west and it’s just the little window over the sink so I like white to brighten it up. However, my walls are blue so there you go😁. It’s rest of my house that’s gray.

It looks great but I was getting anxiety watching. Renovations are not for the weak.
From my standpoint of view, you're being way to fussy! choose basic colors and stick with it. Don't go overboard in your spending as if it's a resale home you may not be able to get what you put into it out of it. People are going to come in and change things to their liking. don't worry about the stove and changing it. Free is a good thing. if you were going to be living there then I'd do it but a free item is a good thing when remodeling a flip house. Stop trying to second guess things. The tile was nice so what if it had grey undertones grey is in. Nice job so far can't wait for the final reveal.
That’s how I am, I try my best to get it right and it’s very true it probably will get changed by someone else but I also want it to look nice and be budget friendly
