This song is a definite grower in my opinion. On the first listen it seems chaotic and odd, but after a few listens and having sunk it you 'get it' and it is really good.
This song will grow a lot. My first listen, I felt the same way. I told myself Im not impressed and it doesn't get hit in the face like Aesthetics of Hate or I Am Hell does, but it grew and it gets me more hyped after my 4th or 5th listen.
Personaly, i love it. It takes my ears and my soul from the first listening. I think it's a great single, great melodic part, great breakdown, great groove. It s not simple for a band like MH growing up in every album from the blackening, it s very very hard. I think they are doing it great!! I love then, absolutely my favourite band. My opinion. Cheers! Ps: I agree, this would be the opening track for their upcoming concert, thats perfect for that!
I actually enjoyed the song, but the melodic vocals were a shock on first listen. I believe this will be the second track on the album so either the first is a longer intro, or you'll get the heavy riff you're after.

The problem with this song is that they are breaking the rules and pushing the boundaries. We have an expectation what comes next and what Machine Head would usually do. But here they chose to break those rules and go for that kind of hypnotizing clean vocals. I also was shocked and confused when I first heard that and didn‘t really like that song. Then I heard it quite a few times and understood the dreamy vibe of those parts! You definetely need to give this song a chance before you write it off!
Is it just me or is this song lacking something? Maybe a stronger vocal presence from Robb. I feel like this has the makings of a really good MH song, but it’s lacking something IMO. MH is also one of my favourite bands, and I feel like they’ve gone from strength to strength in the last 10 years.

I've been a machine head fan for many years.all most 20 years.and that CD is not good.I've tried to have an open mind.but that CD suxs.
