I saw my classmate in the video.She died with her two kids, a teen daughter and a boy in elementary school. Her family had just visited her from Iran in Canada but in a month's time, she was insisting that she has to go to Iran!, They were returning on this flight. She was destined for this flight. Anytime you see her husband now since last year is like he just heard the news! We had a ceremony for her in our school. I cried my eyes out for days...There were couples who went to Iran for their marriage ceremonies so they had just married...many students of masters or doctorate degrees on board... still can't believe it...Sorry, you had to watch this sad clip. It was a memorial for their anniversary. Canada has made Jan 8th a national anniversary for them, as there were many from Canada... Thank you for your channel.
In this tragedy, many Iranian elites were lost. 😢😢😢

Such a Heartbreaking Tragedy, the victims shown in the video were all hardworking and talented people who had left Iran to live in a free country, migrated to Canada to make a better life for themselves and their families. The Airplane was Shut down with missiles and the Victims families are still waiting for an explanation after a year .

The poor officer who thought is saving Iranians' lives from a cruise missile after President Trump's declaration of hitting 54 Iranian sites including historical, killed his own people. We can't imagine how sad he also felt after it. Having only a few seconds making a decision to press a button or not.
That's an awfull mistake to get the missle wrong with a conventional airplane!! And thats the systematic fault ! They have to use well-trained operator for such a crucial job!! Remember how they ignore it at first....
And I remember President Trumo didn't mention anything abiut historical sites! It was mentioned as cultural places! Not historical one

Iran is not the first and it has happened several times in other countries. In fact ICAO has mentioned Iran as one of the safest skies of the world. In addition, the US shut down an Iranian conventional plane around 30 years ago claimed the same mistake.
If not all, most our cultural sites are historical since Iran is an ancient country. Yet even if cultural, still wouldn't change the Iranian's defense reaction.
The IRGC General Hajizadeh never ignored it. He was the first who admitted within the first few days which is also rare with worldwide standards.
