I love these karanjis. When they are hot, just out from karhai, they taste the best... Cold too tasty. They are not called laddos ☺️☺️☺️☺️. Laddu are different....
OK... And what are laddoos called? Most of the times We make the filling with sooji. sometimes we roast saboot red chana, remove it's husk and then make coarse floar at home using chakki. Cut gur very fine and mix with chana flour. Then make karanjis as usual... The taste is heavenly...... We don't make such huge karanjis. Size is as big as our palms.
