Hi there! I'm a Mirage main, and I would like to recommend a weapon build for the Falcor to pair with her. First of all I would recommend using total eclipse on Mirage, as your doppelgangers from hall of mirrors can actually gain your eclipse buff if you have total eclipse equipped. The Falcor build I use mods for full damage and crit, as this build can easily one shot anything so status effects aren't needed on it. Instead of Volatile Quick Return, I use Volatile Rebound, allowing the Falcor to explode on bounce without losing any bounces. A big bonus is that the Falcors thrown by Mirage's doppelgangers (Now buffed by eclipse) explode as well (unlike if you manually detonate it). This results in 5 Falcors being thrown that are all buffed by eclipse, home in on targets, explode on bounce, and bounce 3 times each. I would also recommend using Whirlwind in the Exilus slot to increase projectile speed, because you don't need to time a detonation anymore. Because you never heavy attack you also don't lose any weapon combo either, so pairing this with Naramon or Primary/Secondary dexterity is great as well.
Hey there, can you share your other mods for this build aside from whirlwind and volatile rebound? Or are they the same as Morning's? Kind of a noob here so I don't really understand the types of damage and I'm currently trying to make the falcor better for my Mirage :)
My build is literally every single strength increase possible, with some duration. Literally millions of damage all the time. Big number make brain go ooo
"5 Tau Casting Speed Shard", mad you XD but I really understand the purpose with Prism and make the whole thing much more enjoyable. Mirage is really great.
Freaking love that mirage has 3 baller builds, one for legurmain, ome for prism, one for clones. I eeppwent for buffing the crud out of my clones, i just like my multishot to have more multishot ya know? But mirage with any build focus is preety nuts. 'Eclipse is nurfed to the ground' Yes, but not on mirage herself
Energy Nexus (aswell as any other prolong energy regeneration like zenurik or the grimour) doesn't work while the prism is active. "who asked" but I use either Protea's Subsume for more afk missions and Glaxion with Photon overcharge for more active playlstyle.
Loving the builds featured here! Just got my Mirage Prime and am working on getting all the mods leveled up (Primed Pressure Point and Umbral Intensify mostly). I'm assuming the reason I'm not quite seeing the type of damage you're doing with Falcor is because those aren't maxed yet. As a follow-up question, since I'm new to Glaives: are you manually detonating Falcor in your demonstrations? I'm having hard time judging when to detonate vs. auto-detonation from Volatile Quick Return, but I'm assuming I'll get better at that with practice. Thanks for the awesome vid!
I want to love mirage but he survivability feels so tough :/ Evasion feels so bad at level cap. Its not a chance to not get hit its a chance to not die instantly
@@ahmadal-said6387 a panzer vulpa using duplex bond and the other kavat mod that makes shadow kavats attack the enemy. They all get boosted by total eclipse.
As a newer player your builds are pretty helpful. But bro this one is too much, my glaive prime keeps hitting dmg cap during endurance😂 Mirage probably my fav frame to play atm
With high duration yes (narrow minded mostly). I use double augment with her to also buff my clones with eclipse. My build managed to get full strip (when max molt amd corrosive projection) with pillage for both strip and survival. I'll probably swap molt efficency for agias though, that's a fantastic idea
How to play Mirage: You need to pick a weapon that has a lot of kpm potential (radial, chain, slam, lots of projectiles, so on) and build pure damage, elementals, speed, and the 4 is to be used as a "oh fk my uptime on weapon/ability x is up" button. I met many people that DARE to use some form of non-multiplicative CO on Mirage, which is insane. This frame easily outdamages saryn and any other frame if modded without CO (unless multiplicative). I made for myself a build that does lvl cap void cascade and lvl cap disruption (no vazarin) with no deaths solo, and whatever weapon you swap to during the match, one taps and room clears, and it does the same at low levels. The kpm mirage can achieve at any level just as a mobile weapon platform is insane, and her versatility above the roof. Mirage is 100% a direct damage frame as well, so using 60-60 mods is 9/10 times bad. This is also most likely THE frame that reaches the easiest real damage cap (not-overguard, but health) outside simulacrum, without needing to actually put EVERYTHING into the damage of that specific weapon in your build, if you happen to be a big numbers enjoyer. Proud mirage main here, she's 100% the best frame in the game.
I will try your build, but I sm worried if I can play it without this jumping around 😅 This jumping makes me nuts, I know it is effective, but once it triggered me, I cannot stand it anymore 😂
@@morning8590 that's fair. Just always been curious.. I saw a rhino video where the dude rationalized it by saying if you have a r10 blind rage you don't have enough energy at full with this build to start your abilities up at the beginning of a mission I never leave mods upgraded at odd capacity like that personally.. especially if it's as expensive to slot as blind rage, because pay the same energy cost "usually" for a r9 blind rage as you would a r10..
The xoris will pretty much outperform the falcor in every way on a heavy explosion build. You should build falcor for its auto tracking bounce, just chaining to targets. It works way better and is way more fun then what you were using for it.
It wont, the xoris has the 3rd lowest base damage, it only beats normal glaive and kestrel, the falcor on the other hand has the 2nd most base damage out of all the glaives in the game, it also has forced electricity on explosion like xoris, but the falcor has pure electricity, where as the xoris has forced electricity AND impact, so there is a split in damage already, the bounce builds sadly are not great as it deals only half the damage of detonated explosions, and makes it even more unreliable, so no, the xoris does not out perform the falcor in the slightest, what DOES make the xoris competitive is its explosion radius, which is the biggest radius out of all glaives, hence why the damage is so low im assuming, but the falcor has the second biggest explosion radius, so if you really want to talk data, no, the xoris aint outperforming it, even with it having auto tracking, its still not really close. If you want more salt on the wound, the falcor has innate electricity that boosts its stats even further, wheras the xoris has no innate stat, it does have infinite combo though, thats why the xoris is a decent primer with weeping wounds and bouncing, and then finally the falcor has a HEAVY weighting toward slash followed closely by electricity, it's not even close
@@morning8590 the xoris also has 6% higher base crit chance, and a .4x higher base crit multiplier, and with sacrificial steel and rivens giving double crit chance on heavies, and the crit system inherently being a powerhouse in terms of damage, on top of melee influence benefitting heavily from hitting more targets, it definitely outperforms falcor when comparing heavy builds. And while bounce builds aren’t normally good, not great or op, falcor’s tracking plus Mirage’s clones make it perform just as effectively, but with the addition of being able to clear long corridors and sometimes into different corridors and rooms if the bounces. You can look at plenty of forums talking about both and comparing both, and falcor on a bounce setup is consistently spoken about its room clearing potential being much better than xoris or falcor on a heavy explosion setup. And having used glaive/xoris/falcor for a long while my experience and testing aligns with that. So we’ll have to agree to disagree, but still try out a falcor bounce setup, even if you don’t believe it’s stronger, I think you’ll definitely find its hilariously fun.
@@silentreaper5805 Yea i'm not saying the xoris is bad, you just said it outperforms the falcor, which it doesn't, i've used all weapons in this game so I am quite familiar with most if not all, the main point of weapons really are, just use what brings you joy, we are WAY too strong for enemies, to the point that "on paper" weak weapons can do stuff like level cap easily, its really just about splitting the hairs if you want to, if you don't want to, just enjoy what you enjoy, the xoris is still amazing for clearing content, the big explosion radius is the thing that makes the xoris fun, not the damage, the damage we have in spades, luckily we don't really have to worry about any real meta's, someone who enjoys the tenet envoy over the torid, can have just as much success as someone using the torid, and visa versa, it's just preference, thats why I usually reply if someone says something is outright better than something, I can usually prove factually why that is or isn't the case, if there was some way to remove the tracking from falcor though the xoris would be a dead weapon like the kestrel, regardless of the xoris having slightly higher base cc and cd, the status and raw damage is what mostly carries it with influence, and then if you don't wanna go the route of crescendo and scale those stats instead the gap widens even further in favour of the falcor, but like I said, end of the day, matters very little with paper thin enemies :) so use what brings you joy my friend

Yup it does :)
It also affects companion. And if the companion uses duplex bond and the shadow kavat mod it ALSO buffs those little clones.
