Hats off to the waste Company for supplying the Tips.....
The lady neighbor offering you a cup of tea was so sweet. Your contributions to the community don't go unappreciated Tim.
As the world faces massive food shortages, as the world economy melts down as disease runs crazy as war rumbles and social unrest breaks out worldwide, a place of calmness and serenity is coming to your channel to watch mowing and edging. You are my psychiatrist foe stress management. God Bless.
If I were the neighbor that yard wouldn't have needed your help. I'm not so that is what makes you an angel. Praise The LORD for caring people like you. I'm sure the neighbors are grateful.
That neighbor was nice to offer you something. What a hard job you did there. God bless.
Lovely work Tim mate nice 1👍🇬🇧
God bless you for doing this yard.
Unbelievable good job Tim....
WOW! GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!! ♥♥♥
What a sweet lady who offered you a cup of tea!
Even I was exhausted just watching this video. Great job. Cup of tea, Tim?!?!?!? Thanks for sharing.
What a sweet lady to offer you tea! So far this is just an awesome, excellent clean up! Thanks
That was definitely overgrown and thick. I'm sure you're glad you had those bins to get the grass out. It was so nice for the neighbor to offer you a cup of tea. Nice video Tim. 👍👍👍👍👍👍😉🇺🇸
Loved it, Tim!!
There's something special about a footpath with nice crisp lawn edges! Great work 👌
Great job 👏!
Good job Tim. What a lovely neighbour. I think that kind of kindness is slowly disappearing. Anyway mate, keep up the good work. All the best, Brian.
Wow, impressive! You did that sidewalk area so beautifullly and, yet, so quickly....You've done a extraordinary job, so far.
Great job!
Bula Vinaka Tim brilliant job buddy, keep up the good job 👏 thanks so much for your kindness in changing people's lives in the work you do. 👍🙂👍
Great work as usual Tim, look forward to seeing part 3.👍👍👍👍🍺🍺🍺👏🇬🇧
Another great job. What a difference.
Thank you Mary!
If the neighbour is impressed we’re all impressed 👍
Great to see you back again, part 2 hopefully you can get back to your vids , loven them thanks Tim..
This definitely counts as an overgrown property. When you went to the front, a glimpse of the next door neighbors immaculate yard showed, including their absolutely neat two layer wire fence. Wow, just the first mow makes a difference. I am struggling to see how the yard is laid out, a path to the back...You have been doing massive heroism with the volume of grass mowed and picked up. It looks hugely different. Kind of that lady to offer tea and thank you also to the company helping with the grass clipping disposal.
Isn’t it kind of sad how you see all the neighbors with lovely yards, and one overgrown mess owned my a little old lady? Couldn’t the neighborhood have gotten together and came over and mowed this lady’s lawn when needed? A few taking turns wouldn’t take much effort at all!
That was some tall grass with massive runners! Appreciate your work in providing those who are struggling, the help they need. Real nice for the man helping get rid of the lawn clippings too! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Looks great but what’s the matter with neighbours, nobody wants to help these days, just to cut the grass would make all the difference, good job Tim ❤❤🇬🇧🇬🇧
Great job Tim. Very much appreciated by the senior owner. Nothing crazy about helping someone in need. Thank you
Well done, Tim. Amazing transformation. Thank you for sharing 👍😁
Nice work!
Can’t tell you how happy I am that you used the tarp! Great job as always!
Very sweet lady, to offer you, coffee and tea. She was wanting someone to chat with.
In the southern US we get a lot of rain in the beginning of spring, but nothing like you got. Whooo! Great job on the yard as always!
Howdy Tim from Texas USA. Just wanted to comment on how I enjoy watching your videos and what an amazing job you do on all difficult lawn projects.
Well thank you! I appreciate your support!
Wonderful job so far. Good to see you use a tarp. Finding ways to make it easier on yourself is key. You work so hard. Loved the sweet lady who came out and offered you tea. God bless
Massive mowing job. Gonna be a three show job? Somebody had to do it. Might as well be Tim. 👍
Great work as always Tim. I'd love to see a series where you cut one of these crazy lawns then come to keep cutting it and working on it to get the lawn looking beautiful again
You are the TIM, THE KING of TALL GRASS LAWNS.
It's beginning to look well groomed again. NICE Tim. We will keep looking for more.
Great job Tim. A ton of work!
Looking better and better. Great job!!
Great job! It looks so much better. That was a load of grass and you're still not done yet. You have a generous heart to keep going to the finish. Can't wait until part 3. The homeowner has got to be relieved.

Lot of grass on this job but your getting through it well done, that machine makes a good job
You need an old fashioned scythe! Hold the grass up & whack it off! 😂😂😂
OMGosh! 3,300!! Wow. You’re killing this job with your dedication to excellence. What an awesome gift for the owner and the neighbors!!
Great job again today! You almost have it under control. I can't believe how full those skips were. That's a lot of grass. Blessings be upon you.
The neighbor might have thought you were crazy but I know you are! lol Job Well Done Tim!
Well done TIm...a massive job! And what a lovely lady next door, bless her.

Looking great Tim, that's lots of grass.
Can’t say you can’t see the difference!
How lovely of the lady to offer you tea. Don’t see that much these days Tim.
It's like you need a small Thacher.
Hi Tim, I live in western Washington, and we are in our Spring wet and rainy season I mowed my front lawn yesterday between showers and I couldn't have done it without my new Honda mower,it was tall, thick, and wet,and it cut the grass like warm butter baby.
Tim my darling, that was a hard piece of lawn to mow and landscape. Good job as always. It was nice of the lady to offer you a cup of coffee. Of coarse I would offer you more than coffee. It was very nice of the landscaping company to offer the three grass bens. Honey, see ya next time. Take care and stay safe and beware of false prophets 😇💋🌞🍺🙏❤️🇺🇸👍🌹🕊
Hi Tim. I'm from Shoreline, Washington State USA and love watching your kindness of doing these yards for free. You inspire me to do somewhat of the same for my neighbors. Keep up the good work. You are amazing!!!
Tim I did not think there was that much grass the video did not do it justice . You did an awesome job on it though hope the tarp worked good for you I really don't see another way of doing it. I guess you could of took the bens back there but it might pf been to heavy to push back out . I'll be waiting for the last video thanks for the great video. God bless!!!
Tim you are definitely getting a workout with this yard, it's looking really good and I'm sure the neighbors are appreciating all your hard work, cant wait to see part 3. Have a great week and stay safe.
yes...nice
You are a crash grass slicing, hero wonderful job. I’ll certainly enjoyed part one and part two I will always watch your videos. Keep them coming.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Man i can't wait for part 3.lol
It maybe that the neighbours thought you were mad but I bet they were really grateful too. I have always looked after properties (bought or rented) and ended up tidying neighbour’s areas too.
You are a glutton for punishment, but it makes great video and you do your work so well. Looking soooo much better. I am sure you have made the homeowner and the neighbors very happy. Can not wait for the third episode. Take care.
Excellent work! What a transformation! Well done! 😊👏👏👏👍
very hard work.... so much grass. I have never seen grass like that. Thank you for working so hard to improve your community.
Great job. Waiting for the reveal
Absolutely amazing job!!!
What a job this turned out to be. You've done an excellent job so and I expect the end result to be equally amazing. I so much appreciate what you do. Thank you so much for sharing.
You’ve outdone yourself again, transformation from before to after is astonishing.your a good man for doing this for this person.too bad some of the neighbors could have stepped in and helped them out.kudos to you.👍👍👍😎😎😎
As always a satisfied client, you make these over grown eye sores, completely dissappear. Well done on another fantastic TIDY up job!! I can almost smell the fresh earthy tones of that grass, on a breeze......awwww the great out doors
That front bush needs chopped back alot, looks very put of control
Another knockout job!! Hopefully it will never get that bad again. It surely was a daunting task, to say the least. Looking forward to Part 3, and hopefully the last part on this particular property. It's like night and day, the transformation, wow.
That's crazy Tim, great job, looking forward to more!
You’re my new favorite firefighter lol. Thanks for your hard wrk Tim and for helping ppl in your community. Love and respect from the states 🇺🇸👍🏼❤️

great going as usual
An 11 hour wait? I"m sitting here in this chair until it starts. I will be virst to view the video. God I hope I have enough popcorn and soda for this. Man, what if I fall asleep in 10 hours and 58 minutes? I will have waited all that time for nothing! I am first commenter too! Weeeee. This video better be damn good or I'll complain to the manager and demand a refund!!
Hahaha not long now!
@@timthelawnmowerman buy yourself a hedge trimmer
that grass was running wild. you are doing such a great job.
Tim, I think she wanted to give you more then a Cup of Coffee, lol...
You did an amazing job on that huge garden. Think we need to start calling you Tim the slasher man 👨 😉 You must have been soo exhausted after this massive job. Well done!!!
When you help somebody, doesn't matter with what, it gives you that special feeling. At least in.my case.. i help a lot people and i am so satisfied after it.
Snow yesterday, sunshine and 60 today in Indiana USA
I was shocked at the amount of grass you cut. It is looking much better. I like watching your method of working around the property too. Great job Tim, looking forward to part 3. Hi from Queensland 🐨
Haven’t been able to find part 3. Parts 1 and 2 were great!
It's looking good Tim! You're doing a fantastic job and can't wait for pt.#3..
Nicole let Tim out of the house unsupervised and a nice lady finds him in no time. 26:30
Great job, are you going to prune the tree(s)?
Fantastic job. So much difference in the back especially. When you come back, don't forget to trim the trees up so you can see the house.
Tim MAN Bro.... Trim up those Trees... I mean they are way out of control.
Looks way much better. Awesome. Good job.
Outstanding!
Don`t really know why I am watching this, but it fascinates me. It fascinates me not least that so many people live on such large, overgrown properties, instead of in an apartment, where others take care of the landscape. You do a really good job! Greetings from Norway :)
Hi Tim...you are a very hard worker!! Yard is looking better & better...!!
Gosh, I hope you are checking for ticks. You're going to need a sickle on some of that stuff! Great job! It looks so much better!!
Fortunately ticks aren't much of a problem in Australia. Plenty of other creepy crawlies though 😂
