This is one of the best transformations I've seen in a good long time. There is sidewalks everywhere. The leaves were a mess too. Oh. My. Gosh. I admire how you truly clean up people’s yards; not just mow around piles of brush and other stuff, like so many other channels do. Bravo to you for being so meticulous! I hope the homeowner is able to keep her yard up now! ❤️
This cleanup included doing many levels at one time. On an initial trip, it could have been appropriate just to manage mowing, so it was navigable. This was actually a yard with a good foundation, junk accumulation wasn't an additional hidden factor, just a lot of overgrowth and cycles that couldn't get done. Hauling brush and such is a big deal, in time and costs. Brian does "make it work" and get it all done. Some places are lucky and have a brush service, if you can get things carried to the street edge.
Amazing job Brian. I am glad you took care of the roots sticking up out of the ground, some ytube transformation do not. Especially when they are elderly they could be a tripping hazzard. Transformation looks great. Enjoyed video 😊

Now that's a transformation! I can't believe it. First, that grass looked really wet, besides long and thick. And then, silver maples? Pretty but a nightmare to clean up after. That was a lot of shovel work. This is one of your most amazing clean ups, especially around the shed. Awesome job, Brian!
Sometimes the results just uncover a really nice backyard that once was cared for and had gotten out of control for whatever reason. This was a good example, the tree and bush trimming really brought this yard back. Good job.

@@TopNotchLawns Most people who offer me money for doing acts of kindness. I refuse twice, but if they insist a third time, I take it to make them feel better. I save it for when I have to travel to bury my sister when she passes.
It's such a shame that people don't appreciate their outdoor space more, I have an asphalt yard so I container garden, we do have a council maintained grass area at the front but their maintenance leaves a lot to be desired so I bought a mower and a curved lawn edging spade, it takes me about a week in the spring to remove the overgrowth and weeds from the path but I'm approaching 60 so things take a little longer these days. Thank you for bringing the yard back to life, I hope now that it's tamed they will either pay for someone to maintain it or be able to do it themselves. Blessings to you and your family, I hope to see your son on the job with you again 1 day ❤

@@TopNotchLawns Most people who offer me money for doing acts of kindness. I refuse twice, but if they insist a third time, I take it to make them feel better. I save it for when I have to travel to bury my sister when she passes.
It's such a shame that people don't appreciate their outdoor space more, I have an asphalt yard so I container garden, we do have a council maintained grass area at the front but their maintenance leaves a lot to be desired so I bought a mower and a curved lawn edging spade, it takes me about a week in the spring to remove the overgrowth and weeds from the path but I'm approaching 60 so things take a little longer these days. Thank you for bringing the yard back to life, I hope now that it's tamed they will either pay for someone to maintain it or be able to do it themselves. Can I just say what an incredible job you did on this ladies "jungle" was and is the appropriate word for her property? You did a buddy AMAZING JOB Brian that package deal of a job was sensational once you had dug saw, blew, n cut, raked and picked up where it needed so desperately to be done? Kudos to the wonderful effort and job well done you did there ALL by yourself Brian I am now a HUUUUGE follower watching from my country in NEW ZEALAND. I really enjoyed this makeover. You did the job the way I think that I would, if I were able. You cut most of the bushes down to the ground, and you rack up all the sticks, leaves, and the clippings. You do a marvelous job. May I suggest you visit a pulmonologist for he will tell you that if you don’t start wearing a mask on these projects, you will have lung disease within the next few years. I know, my husband died from lung disease.
