Nemesis whip prioritizes the "Tallest" survivor. So if you're whipping someone unhooking, you have to make sure to angle it so only the unhooking survivor can be hit. Otherwise the whip will get eaten by the hooked survivor. I lost a game because of that once.
You've got killers that can shred through health states and killers that can shred through pallets, but I don't think there's a killer that can do both as effectively like The Nemesis. You showcased it brilliantly at 10:20 on the Felix. Crazy good chase power. Love the vids!
@@Soapromancer His guards aren’t designed for lethality. They’re used to keep people off of gens in a pretty unique way. There can basically be 2 killers on the map. 2 killers protecting gens, y’know? The cooldown is basically non existent for the guards as well, even after breaking pallets. The Assassin and Jailer take a bit longer to break them, but that can be used to your advantage
@@Soapromancer sometimes the longer break time for the other two guards is a blessing as while the guards are breaking a gen the survivors can’t actively repair it, buying you more time to get to the gen yourself

You're aim with nemesis is what i need to practice. Im learning watching you play, my nemesis is prestiged and ive used him maybe 10 or more times. I only used him for the reach full mutation daily objective but always get 3-4k games with him. I will lvl and play him some more!!!
Practice his "Nem tech". Whip and then I think you strafe towards the survivor and it will hit them with the tail end of the hitbox. I can do it from time to time but not reliably. A good example of it is in the 2nd match he had in this video
Nemesis isn't even skillful. His gameplay boils down to hitting the survivor in animation. Which almost everyone who isn't brand new can do. Not to mention the skill level of the survivors in this video.
I run lethal pursuer on almost every killer. Imo its the best way to keep the early game from being more about luck and possibly giving the survivors a 1 or 2 gen head start
I’ve been running it more often as well. Pretty much every game on my demo.. some say lethal and corrupt together are overkill but I don’t think so.. I’m my experience one of the three left looking for gens will still be wandering around by the time I have the first person on the hook… The early pressure makes such a difference with how fast the games go. My fav build lately has been lethal bbq and no where to hide with pop as my regression.. you have constant pressure with that combo. Especially if you have a portal close to a gen being worked on. You go into the portal they try to hide you kick the gen with pop and NWTH gets you right onto the next survivor rinse repeat. I’ve had so many comebacks where I think if it wasn’t for this build I’d have def lost… Even if they run distortion you burn through those tokens quick with those three together..
Probably my strongest main. Wesker/Plague/Nem. One of those killers where if you are on point and focusing, he wrecks, but when you're asleep and missing tent strikes it's head wrecking. Just need to hit T3 asap and then go to town.
i dont have this killer on the pc so i got the switch version of him since i got the base game on sale.. could not get but one painful kill my first game..., i go to youtube and find this awesome video and killer... it was like i've always played him and got a premade team down to one person with 5 gens still up... she escape via hatch but i'm happy with the results.. next time she wont get away..

I think prestige has nothing to do with skill. Obviously it is more likely that a prestiged player will be more skilled but not necessarily. I saw this p3 myers recently and he actually played very skillfully to the point that he almost got a 3k against our very organized team.
Prestige has nothing to do with skill just like you said, I have prestige 9 on most killers but i mostly play just 1 killer, anyone can just play a character and dump their bloodpoints in another, you don't get good at a character by just using your bloodpoints on them.
This just isn't true past a certain point. There is no prestige 100 killer in the world that's gonna be consistently outdone by a new player by virtue of experience with the game alone, excluding skill with the chatacter altogether. Like, of you're training and dumping hours into a killer to the point where they're sextuple the investment time and point wise over others you're almost always going to be a great player with said killer.
Ive never used that sadako perk, does the 200% regress applies to all the gens u kick? or once you kick a new one the old one loses the extra regress bonus?
When I think that a big Russian hacker, managed to redo the nemesis as in re3 remake of the geni 10 zombie uau cul at the same speed as the survivors, the tentacle catches you at more than 30 meters with the animation of the deathslinger it uses hatchets as if they were missiles, really funny part
He's simply the best killer, besides being slow which is made up by whip he is better then doc by the fact he can hit on both sides of the pallet, near a pallet pull out the whip and slap them this stops them from dropping pallet and punishes them for hugging pallet and pushing them outta the loop, If your late you wait untill they drop pallet and hit them because they are animation locked, if you are close enough to them and waste a bit mroe time getting in range you can force them to drop pallet but moonwalk dodge it or even stop, the best method is just to pull out whip as it will slow you down enough to dodge pallet without losing momentum. If he didn't have to level up his whip or even make you infected he would be busted, weird none of his addon is instant damage no infection

That first match he really did go against some potatoes. Not saying he is bad by any means, but they made no effort to duck tech him, dodge, weave, etc. Just run in a straight line and give me that whip.
You'd be surprised by how well holding W actually works in this game. They were nearly done with all gens but he macroed really well in that game. Would have been interesting to see that team go against the second build, cause I think it would have gotten to end game there.
You should try my nemi build. It's pretty strong. Discordinance. Deadlock. Save the best. Overcharge. Altho your welcome to swap Overcharge for brine if you wish but it's so good that the zombies target Discordinance

I like to whip the first survivor and instantly move on to the next, assuming they spawned in groups. Pallets are absolutely worthless vs nemesis, I usually avoid chases until t2, and even then rotate to healthy uninfected survivors for that sweet t3

When aiming fora survivor, aim at their butt crack, especially when they start blocking each other. This is cause that's where the center of their hitbox is, that doesn't change when theyre spinning or do an animation.
W player, W build. I use kinda similar one, Corrupt Intervention, Overcharge, Nowhere to Hide, Monitor&Abuse. Keep upnslaying the hell out of survivours by whooping them with tentcles
The mistake survivors make against nemesis is they pre drop when he’s in tier 2 already they underestimate his tier 3 whip range and survivors stay in short loops where nemesis just absolutely destroys survivors
I mained nemesis until I got him to prestige 50 then took a break hes my fav killer but hitting survivors 3 times just for it to be undone in seconds gets very old very fast your zombies are more likely to hinder you than help you most of the time and good survivors will make your whip feel absolutely useless Ive had survivors run into my whip on purpose ti get a speed boost and prevent me from breaking a pallet he just feels underwhelming if your trying to keep up with more competitive survs

Start a custom match as the killer, then rotate yourself 180-degrees. The Camera in the Custom Lobby is closer than the pre-queue camera, same as if you were already in a lobby in queue.
There’s a 0.5 second delay before your whip hits and your aim get stuck. The thing is, the hit register still lingers for a second or two, so you can drag the whip by moving/walking in a direction (easier said than done, you need to learn a reflex from scratch). You can cut corners by pre-whipping at corners and drag sideways, survivors can counterplay by faking a turn/window, but you can also fake a pre-whip so its a 50/50.

Yes. Additionaly, you know on which gen the others are likely to be on.
If you doubt Lethal then run Discordance instead. It gives value the entirety of the match as well.

The dragging thing, I didn't know about it and it needs to be fixed. He is strong enough without it.
How do you drag the whip? I miss whip hits all the time when it looks like the whip went straight through the body
You drag the whip by just moving in the direction of where you want it to go or where the survivor will move
after you here the whip crack there's about a .5 seconds the hitbox lingers so if you turn you cna drag the hitbox into them

You can cut corners by pre-whipping at corners and drag sideways, survivors can counterplay by faking a turn/window, but you can also fake a pre-whip so its a 50/50.
