    Pasanday Recipe
    Ingredients
    1. Meat (Mutton or Beef) 1/2 kg
    2. Fried onions 1 cup
    3. Yogurt 1/2 cup
    4. Ginger & Garlic paste 1 Tbsp
    5. Chilli powder as required
    6. Salt to taste
    7. Cumin powder 1 Tbsp
    8. Whole spice powder 1Tsp
    9. Black pepper powder as required
    10. Oil 1/2 cup or as required
    11. Fresh coriander 1/4 cup
    12. Green chillies as required
    Method
    First take a meat piece and use the meat hammer to more thinner the meat now put in other bowl and repeat the same process to makes all the meat more thinner now add ginger & garlic paste, Yogurt, Fried onions, Salt (namak) to taste, Whole spice (garam masala) powder, Black pepper (kali mirch) powder, Cumin (zeera) powder, Red chilli (lal mirch) powder
    According to your taste and Oil 12 cup or as required now Mix all the ingredients together now Cover the pasanday and rest for 3-4 hours.
    After 4 hours Take a pot and turn on the flame Add Pasanday Stir it for few seconds Cover with lid and cook at high on low flame for 45 minutes After 45 minutes Saute for 5-8 minutes and check the meat it's tender Pasanday is ready now garnish With fresh coriander and green chillies.
