I want to thank Kristen for the movie Bridesmaids. During a very dark period in my life, I couldn't stand being at work (or being in my own skin) so I took a few hours off in the afternoon but didn't know what to do. I was in a very dark place so my mind was going 'end this end this', but I decided to go to this empty mall and go see a movie on my own. Bridesmaids was the movie, in an empty theatre here in Istanbul and oh my goodness, I laughed and cried so hard! All of a sudden I didn't feel that lonely anymore, I felt alive, I felt hopeful again. Whenever things get dark, I watch Bridesmaids (and Pretty Woman and Boomerang) and feel ok again. Thank you forever. 🙏
What a wonderful story, and what a great reminder for all of us how important the arts truly are for enriching this experience that we call being human 😊

I totally love Kristen!!! She has the knack of improv supreme as does Carol Burnett. So many characters she has played.... "we have a clip" was my fave. Girl who's been everywhere and done it b4 it is news (she appears on tv at the football game as people are watching); two models (Maya and Kristen) on SNL Super Showcase SpokesModels was my laugh til my ribs explode. So many it's hard to recall; what a gifted, beautiful woman who delivers entertainment Royale.
Kristen Wiig (to me) is my generation’s Gilda Radner. Loved Radner! When I watch Kristen, she makes me smile and laugh in the same manner I do while watching Gilda. So to me, they are equals.
Such a huge fan of her work. Makes me laugh every time. Also comes across so well in interviews. Hope she finds joy in making people happier through laughter!

Let them believe whatever they want lol. Better yet, there needs to be a show in which we watch actors watch a movie, that's considered a classic, for the first time so we can watch their reaction. Katya and Trixie do it. I'd like to see random batch of actors sign up and be down to sit on that couch and watch. They can bring their friends or family or just watch by themselves. I think it'd be cool to see that side of an actor just be real and in the moment.
