I think it makes people being stuck more, focusing on the physical person but not the inner work within. Whatever it is, its an individual journey. Feeing negative was just part of the process. I allowed myself to feel it and then it flows. I ascend, I learn, I accept what is. The so called TF is no loger bother me. Then out of nowhere, real person came.
