I too have had the vantrue n2 and the mild oregon summer melted it, I bought it on Amazon but not directly from the company and they told me I was S.O.L. & next time buy from the vantrue Amazon store to get a warranty, so I bought the n4 pro dual cam that has a heatshield and I was happy cuz it was very nice, until I saw that I had to do a lot to access my "greatest hits" and I learned to only buy wifi cams or suffer the consequences. So it's April 12, I had it in the cart for $399 and your code saved a $100 & I can use that to cover buying the hardwire kit and labor for the stereo shop to professionally install it for me, thank you for sharing this

This looks very large, our Petokix brand products are smaller, but also with a display, the configuration is the front 4K HD and 1080P HD, the price is not high, the function is the same, very practical
I bought this camera as the video i watched on You tube showed that it continually recorded 24 hours a day. Well, it does not. Don't waste this amount of money buying this Camera, there are tons of cheaper, clearer cameras out there. This camera does not even show the Licence plates of the cars in front.
Nope, just plug in. Also , I’m used to navigating the setting on dash cams, so if they are new to you, that will probably be annoying - I know it was for me to get used to. Also, I didn’t download the WiFi app yet but I’d be willing to bet that will be another learning curve

I have the n5 as well, but just because it has WiFi how do u get the video of some steals the camera?
I don’t think you can, you need to be near the camera which sucks unfortunately. For $400 they can do better.
How do you access the footage over wifi? Don't you have to be close to the camere per say? Or is it cloud base?
You can access it through the app.
But you have to be close 2meters and sign in

You have to buy a $20 hardware set to actually record for the 24 hours.
