How to create a simple capacitor discharging tool

Safety should be your number one priority. By the way do not forget to double check if it worked. Voltage across the capacitors should be at zero.

2kΩ 5W Resistor - For discharging regular capacitors
20kΩ 5W Resistor - For discharging large high voltage (>400V) capacitors
