1) “Big black arm” - Gene Deal has pushed this narrative for a while now. However, none of Kadafi, Edi, or Frank’s LVMPD statements mention a big arm. All say dark skin and Edi is specifically asked whether the arm was big/muscular and says he couldn’t tell all that. Interestingly, they all seem to think it was a rear seated shooter shooting out of the drivers FRONT window (which doesn’t quite fit with shooting over Big Dre)
