What always made me happy about the jump jets under the truck for his transformation was that even as far back as Siege they wanted to replicate that since he had a blast effect peg on the bottom of the truck mode. I don't think we ever got a blast effect that was quite able to suit it though.

Yes, Hot Rod was always destined to get the Matrix, as seen in Five Faces of Darkness, the Season 3 opening 5-part episodes, Rodimus is the long lost decendant of the first bearer of the Matrix and is the Bot incarnate of Primus. Well, if you watch it and read between the lines, it's depicted in the scene where Rodimus enters the Matrix of Leadership for the 2nd time. And truth be told it's my personal opinion and that the animators intended to convey the story but most likely there was a change in the script so it wasn't said directly. Just my thoughts. Also I’m gonna hire Jack Kirby to do character designs.” Hollywood in the late seventies early eighties and all the cocaine makes for some wild kids’ shows.
Well waiting for mine to arrive. I do like him, still him winning toy of the year in SS feels rigged.
Super rigged seeing as he hasn’t even been mass released yet :/
This guy looks super rad, however I am maxed out on Optimi, so this one's a pass. Maybe if they re issue it with less cartoony colors I'd get one. Went kinda crazy with the WFC Optimus figures, so the issue of the "plethora" is alive and well for me.
A primal plethora if you will. I do know what you mean with him almost being too cartoony.
Auspicious?
It's a scaled down, low budget MP-44 whos transformation proves the original toy was the peak of enjoyable fun.
Those who own a G1 and a masterpiece, specially MP-1, this guy offers nothing.
I'm really glad you're enjoying him though. I figured they must have made him for someone.
Get it? Figured :p
Hahahaha I’m all about generations style with my collection so for me he’s perfect.
@@HamManReviews He's cute that's for sure
what is this heavy metal hobbit music
Great description, I made it with AI
I think the MP10 is a superior transformer model to this one.
MP10 is pretty all time but this is a great one for maximum cartoon likeness.
