You can actually choose all factions. You can play constellation, vanguard, free star ranger ect all at the same time.
Edit: I’d also suggest killing spacers so you can get the mantis quest line. You get the quest from reading a slate called “SECRET OUTPOST!”
Ah, this is actually great to know! Though only thing I have about joining all the factions, is with crimson fleet I really like killing them for the loot and money haha

I was fighting a spacer camp on some planet and 2 of those big white spider beasts came rushing in and took out a third of the camp for me. It was absolutely awesome!

It was definitely easier for others to enjoy alongside me over streaming this game. Thankfully while doing the video I could cut out more of the go from here to there moments, but I will see the game does have a place alongside all the other bethesda games!

Hey man, Ive been watching your youtube for a long while now, and I love all your work! Ive been trying to get into 100 days type videos, streaming, and lets play type videos, but every time they flop. Have any words of advice? Thanks either way 🙏
I really appreciate your support and kind words. If you're talking about making video's or streaming in general, I'd say find something you enjoy playing. 100 day video's are honestly easy to do, but without the right thing driving you the drive and passion for it will die away quickly. Streaming, I'd say take it slow at first, maybe 2 to 3 hours tops and find a game you're able to just get lost in. Let's plays aren't truly a thing anymore unless you already have a following who knows who you are. Every time I've tried it the video's flop and get lost in youtube blackhole. I even tried every trend from Minecraft to Fortnite and nothing.
I's say find what you're passionate about, not too trendy of course, and with a great community backing the thing you like. For me it was Subnautica from day 1 back in 2015

The challenges do a nice job of giving us a little more between just levelling skills up immediately
Fun fact; in Starfield we’re flying from one solar system or “star system” to another. We’re just flying between lots and lots of star systems.
But we’re not flying to other galaxies. We’re staying inside a very tiny-weeny-teeny part the Milky Way galaxy because it contains 100s of billions of stars and at light speed it would take 100,000 years to travel from one end to the other.
But even travelling at the speed of light it would take 2 and a half million years to get to the next nearest galaxy so we don’t have any need to go to another galaxy when it would take millions of lifetimes just to explore this galaxy.

You are not flying to different Galaxies, Starfield takes place inside one Galaxy, you are flying to different Star Systems.

I loved this game for the first 30 hours and after that It just went downhill
I think it was great for the first bit of hype, but looking back at it now I just couldn't find new things to do on most planets. Everything was fun for a time being, but having to travel 20 minutes in-between each point of interest was alot

Stars with there planets are “Solar Systems.”
Our star is Sol/Solis, Greek/Latin also known as Sun. Lame name I know..
All solar systems in game are the correct name. (Wolf) Wolf 359, Tau Ceti, Sirius. All in game and every other star in game is in its correct spot in relation to Sol. With the correct solar classification of star. Just a nearby 100, of the billions in the Milky Way galaxy.
There’s 100 billion stars ish in the Milky Way galaxy.
And as far as we can observe from earth is Galaxies. Each with billions of stars. Each star with planets. Light only travels so far. So we use other methods IRL to see these galaxies.
This is call the Universe. A collection of galaxies. The universe is vast. In fact it’s actually still expanding.
But as the universe expands, Galaxies are being born . Stars are forming inside these galaxies. Each star with planets, know as Solar Systems
So look up at night, search a place you visited in game and take a look. The scale of this is beyond incredible. Not in game but, real life scale.
If you want to see how small our star is compared to other stars.
UY Scuti
Absolute unit.. makes our sun look like a tiny pin point if side by side. 5 billion of our sun can fit inside it.
Betelgeuse
it would span to Jupiter. This is the red one on Orions shoulder. (Not in game I’ve found)

This took me 2 days to watch but dang, this game looks amazing especially when you have a wide range to explore. Truly a space adventure worth playing forwards too someday. :D
The beginning is a tad slow, but once you get it going there are so many things you will always run into, see/find, and so much more!

wooah ray what's with the quick uploads? u taking care of urself? don't do too much you'll burn urself out... still watching the astroneer one(skipped the dave the diver one sorry i wanted to play the game myself) and this comes out... anyhow love the vids take care :)
To be honest, this was the hardest workload I took on. The astroneer was supposed to be the only video up until my next video that was originally planned for next week, but Bethesda reached out with a team and wondered if I wanted to do Starfield. Then the deadline started and I only had 4ish days, haha. I'm making sure I get lots of rest, proper food and fix my schedule now

I never watched much of Star Gate. Maybe a bunch of Star trek growing up, but I fell behind on all the star wars types of releases :P

I bought the game pre-ordered beforehand, which I now gave to my gf and Bethesda did sponsor/pay me for doing this video. That said, I absolutely love this game and all it has! I wasn't sponsored for Fallout 76 or Fallout 4, but I loved those too. Just sucks that people can't see past that haha

Honestly, I don't know how many people would go for it or if I'd find new faces, but part of me is so tempted to do 100 days(100 sleeps) and show everyone how I played and what gave me goosies, haha

Could you explain your overall experience with the game?
Sure thing! Overall the game is amazing, with a lot of things to see, explore, and do through out the entire game. The main story isn't that great, I'd say probably the weakest point. The faction questlines are absolutely amazing and have some fun characters to play alongside or team up with. Learning skills is super important in the game because a lot of things you would normally have you have to level up now. It's a bit of a drag, but makes the experience that much better. The guns are fun to use, mechanics aren't that bad and ship build can be one of the best things!
