You must listen to Kokona Haruka and Saki Miyu's conversation at 1:10, then exit the game, re-enter, go to Osana's locker and the domestic abuse option will appear, when Osana sees the card where you put the "domestic abuse" option, she will go at the time you put, and there you just kill her
For Osana, listen osana's conversation on her phone call with her stalker, when she said "I'll be right back" or something go follow her.
