    The boarding in Seattle for the NCL Bliss was better than the two Disney cruises I had earlier this year. NCL made it less stressful, no complaints at all.

    The boarding process in Orlando was the fastest I ever experienced. Kudos for Orlando 🎉

    You have it down pretty good, now there is a 50%discount on the beverage package for certain level cruisers witch means sometimes it pays to buy the sale away cabin, and then the beverage package, which beats the Free at sea
    You call it the best

    aa a sapphire solo traveler the behind the scene ship tour is free for me but you can't book ahead. I have to remember to sign up for that the first day.

    Every time someone mentions Great Stirrup Cay I feel incredibly lucky. I have only been on 3 NCL cruises so far (only 1 included it), and we got to tender there no problem lol. At the time I had no idea it was so finicky, but now I know just how lucky we were to go 1 for 1 on stopping there.

    Thanks for all the tips! Truly valuable. You said that NCL doesn’t allow cruisers to bring water and soda purchased outside the ship but i can bring empty plastic bottles correct? What about the our own stainless steel water bottles?

    I stopped at great stirrup cay when it was barely anything there. 2012 . I’m trying to get my GF to see a different ship other than carnival. The food is way better on NCL

    The private island issue is a huge negative for me. I was looking at a short weekend cruise with this island but with this potential I dunno

    Is there any way to find out which ports on your cruise itinerary are tender ports? Someone told me this is important to know when booking private land tours, as it can help you time-manage your schedule better knowing if you'll be able to immediately disembark onto land or if it will take longer based on a tender . thanks in advance.

    • @ByteSizeCruises
      @ByteSizeCruises  2 месяца назад

      Absolutely. The easiest is to Google but there are generally more docks than tender ports. Do you have a cruise booked?

      Yep. So you may have some tender ports. Boston is a dock. Newport and bar harbour are tender ports. Portland Maine is a dock. Halifax is a dock as well.

    The muster drill process on MSC was far less efficient than NCL’s. And the disembarkation on MSC Seashore just a couple weeks ago was THE WORST I’ve experienced from 14 cruises. It may be there’s no flawless way to get thousands of passengers on and off ships. But, that experience on MSC made me long for NCL. :-/

      It’s so weird. They need to fix muster for sure. I waited a few hours to get off the ship so my experience was awesome.
