Have the international skeet rules changed? In my day the stock had to be touching or lower than the line on the jacket. In many of these event videos the shooters often have the butt above the line with no penalty. I also saw a shooter move before the target was visable which used to be a docked target! Why don’t the referees do their jobs or is it like football referees who don’t see or penalise professional fouls
