I got a pizza hut cash order and had about a 7 dollar in app tip plus a 20 dollar cash tip it was amazing! For about a 52 dollar pizza order as well.

Hey Blake! Thanks for another great video, and congrats on being Top Dasher!! I have been doing DoorDash for about a year and a half and love it! I'm actually a Dasher in the Corvallis, OR area and I am usually able to make about $20-$25 an hour with a 4 hour goal per shift (not as a Top Dasher). Recently, I also started documenting my adventures in a RUclips channel (Dasher Cammmmmmm), and you have been an inspiration for a long time! Maybe I'll get lucky and catch you out there some time :D
Door dash is so saturated in my area its hard to get orders. I had a little cesar order last saturday, got there and there were 7 other door dashers waiting for pick ups as well. Not making any money here.

I'm top top dasher in California right now. Made $240 yesterday at 90 today. Doordash partnered up with Petco so I get bangers all day

I had AR reset for Feb, so in diamond order zone. Need to keep AR above 50% by end of Feb 15 to stay in diamond zone. Took my 1st 4 orders yesterday to get to 51% and 1st 3 terrible. I think I was 20 miles and $17 made. No idea how someone could be top dasher and be much above $1/mile driven with a lot of no tip orders.
Doordash compensates you for miles driven in California. They play an entirely different game compared to dashers from other state
I would not accept some of these orders. 2.00 per mile and 5.00 minimum for me. Marcos 6.25 for 6.8 miles no way dude
Yes and if you take that $6.25 for 6.8 and get your AR high enough it's not uncommon to see $25 for 6.8 after hidden tips. Most of my orders are $7+ and have hidden tips.

Top Dasher does..ake a difference since you can dash any time. Otherwise, trying to schedule sucks. Even with Priority with a full schedule has its benefits...the difference is scheduling
I've been doing hell days. I was at 23% worked hard took every order that came my way to get to 50% then worked toward 70% . Today I made $240 averaging 35 an hour. Insane. Usually with my acceptance so low that's all I would make, 35 to 50. It's hard work but up your acceptance rate. The orders are insane. Def worth it I ended today at 83%

@scotlandhasmyheart7885 Im not sure, the only thing that seems to up the AR is accepting every order. Its brutal doing that. I have quit doordash. Cannot get on ever, try to schedule, cannot even schedule a week in advamce. Market is floded with dashers

I’m getting Top Dasher because I do shop groceries 7 times in a week. They give you 7 days as Top Dasher. That’s new, I got it 2 weeks in a row. Even though my acceptance rate is just 50% now. I still declining the $2.50 orders.
As a top dasher I've gotten more and more $10+ tips. Earning by time really helps for those restaurants with long wait times.
Last weekend lots of orders but way too many drivers out here. DD is saturating the market.
Top dasher allows you to leave an area if the network is glitching. I try not to take any order less then $5. Lately my acceptance is about 96.
I thought Top Dasher lets you go anywhere. Is that not the case? I am new, started last month, and will be a Too Dasher next month. 😉

I think the fire of the month is when a good bit of people get paid. Working fast food you would know, there an influx of customers at that time. I wonder if that plays a part 🤔 Just a thought
The beginning of January was not like that but probably later months will be. It's just that people didn't have money left over from the holidays. It should start to pick up now.

To pull off good pay in my area the pay needs to be at least $25 per hour to break even with the cost of living

Yes, out of courtesy, I’ve had to drop a some stacked orders and delivering the order that was hot and ready to go.

Megan Risman let the cat out of the bag that DoorDash is bullying TikTok and RUclips content creators into joining the new DoorDash Content Creator program to promote Top Dasher. She declined to join so they deactivated her acct.
It's very suspicious that several creators who used to be objective in their reviews of DoorDash are suddenly simping for $2 Tony Xu. DoorDash is feeding better orders to DD creators to make it look like being a Top Dasher is a godsend. Many, many top dashers are saying they're not getting good offers. Something smells fishy.

I am a Top Dasher for this month and I must say the orders are absolutely horrendous. It's no different from being a bottom Dasher.
I got those lame 💎 higher pay orders....i 😅 when its like 7$ for 4 miles. UE deactivated me for no reason so I gotta use DD, but its pisses me off cuz orders for Denny's at like 2am on UE would be like 28-34$. On DD those same orders or loads of miles further its like 8$ if I'm lucky...hmmm....28$ for 8 miles or 8$ for 17 miles? Such BULLSHIT. I don't believe this AR garbage.
It depends on the markets you are in.
As top dasher I rarely decline orders because most are diamonds.

Here's my thought on this. *_First "Jesus Christ" is my Lord and Savior and Second stop with the Cry Babby Complaining Conspiracy Theory BS._* I'm now a top dasher mostly because of this video and a couple others done by this channel and I'm utterly amazed at the orders I'm now receiving. *_I went from getting almost all small orders with several of them being no-tip orders to getting high-value and stack orders with a couple of them saying the total will be higher._* So, I went from being totally disgusted making $12 per hr avg on any day I dashed, to making, depending on the day $17 to $25 per hr avg. Every market is different. Besides experimenting with days and shifts if you really want to get better-paying orders? *_My suggestion is to go a full month and not turn down any order to get past a 70% Acceptance rate. Complete 100 orders and deliver them as fast as you can to bring up your on-time rating._* The second I reached those metrics I got a notice in my app when I started a shift giving me top dasher status and I didn't have to wait until the first of the next month to get it. *_I'm retired, I'm not a RUclipsr and I'm not a Cry Baby. I'm just someone who knows how to figure out how systems work and how to take action to achieve my goals. Some people are complainers who waste time blaming others and some people are action-taking doers. I would suggest you try the later !!!_*
my AR is 44% and i made 14 dollars in 33 minutes last night but then got no orders for the next 30 minutes so i went home, it was 9:30pm tho

Cash only works if you are collecting your pay weekly but not daily. I lost on a cash order. It's was pointless.

Maybe. But I worked grubhub last night and all but one of my orders was over 10. The forever 5 to 7 dollar orders the doordash gives out aren't worth it anymore. Made 90 in 3 hours and drove 50 miles. And I don't need to worry about top nothings lol. Typical grubhub night in the South Jordan area.
Ha ok, I just became a top dasher 3 days ago and I shit you not, all my orders have been under 11$ either no tip or a tip under 5$. I did start getting stacked orders but the thing is I'll get the first order for 7$ then get a stack order for 3.60$. Not worth my time tbh
Top dasher in rural Tennessee first time ever in march! I’m a factory supervisor working 75 hours a week on a 81k salary trying to support 4 kids and decided to dd as a side hustle 25 hours a week. That’s 100 freakin hours. Now I’m gonna use march to average my per hour pay and see if I can dash 80 hours a week and quit the crappy factory job.
You won't even make half that salary on DD. Keep your day job and leave DD to the professionals.

Maybe I'll get back into the top dasher soon but I have a college town to deal with. I have to drive 40 miles to get to the zone and drive 40~ miles back home midnight hours on the major interstate. The zone I live in the acceptance rate is easy to get back up so I generally take any orders but when I work in the college town my acceptance rate gets low as 20 to 30% but working in the home zone everything closes at 10:30pm but college town they are open longer.

They tell you what orders you're getting priority to for being top dasher. Unless it says that then you would have gotten those orders anyways. For me top dasher is definitely not worth it at all.

I had a fantastic week here in Los Angeles and made $320 on Super Bowl Sunday so I’m stoked and should be getting top dasher for march for sure because I’ve been excepting every thing even the trash orders. Love ur content it helps so much thx 🙏🏾

I also deliver across the Salt Lake Valley too, but I do about all the regions, and I try not to restrict myself to one region. SLC and South Jordan regions are my two favorites! :)
