I was so excited to see the seashell trivet at 5:14 because that was my mother's. She passed away earlier this year. I was in town to go through her stuff and my brother and I dropped several boxes off at the State College Goodwill on Sunday. We never imagined any of those items would make it onto your video. I found your videos shortly after she passed and have been a fan ever since. It wasn't easy going through everything but my mom lived a long life and we have a lot of wonderful memories. Thanks for brightening my day. ❤
At 6:09, when you are trying to identify that piece of lusterware, it is antique sunset luster by Old Nils Cederborg, and the luster was called aurora, I believe.
I have been buying pottery mugs, filling them with single use packets of hot chocolate and making them look all "Fancy". I have purchased a few mugs that just were interesting... I purchased a Sandra Boynton mug, that was a promotion with hershey's chocolate milk mix. It is in pristine condition and looks like new. Well, someone bought it for a LOT of money...and just sentimental value. It was $1 so it was rather nice sale, but I try to think "Is it something I'd like to own?" It really is adorable and I hope the new owner is enjoying it.
My Mother loved George Briard- all her bar glassware and small Hors d'Oeurvres plates- she had a large collection-(ashtrays =candy dish- and we still have it all- she bought in a dept store in the late 60's early 70's- we use the sour glasses every year on Christmas eve keeps her with us on the holidays
The canister with the pear and grapes is a John B.Taylor who actually sold his pottery company and it became Louisville stoneware. Stoneware marked John B. Taylor is older than the ones marked Louisville Stoneware. That is the Harvest pattern.
Given the volume of donations, it's confusing to see broken/damaged items for sale. Even thrift stores need to purge things. I absolutely love the plan to engage viewers with crafting prompts, mystery boxes, and their own unique creations. Super clever marketing and an exciting project!
😊❤that is a great idea it's like a craft chopped. What a great idea for a youtube channel. Have people send you boxes to craft with...I think it's brillant
GMA KATHY HERE: HEY YALL SENDING HUGS TO ALL. OBTW. DO YOU OWN NIXNAX? I WAS SO WANTING TO KNOW. You've come such a long way since I started watching you many yrs ago. So proud of you hunnybug@!@@@@@
03:26 Yes, Italian and Williams-Sonoma. 1980s. They had pitchers in that same pattern. 05:14 Good use for a buncha land snail shells, I suppose. 06:17 I'm thinking Fulper/Stangl.
@@ninasgriccia4652 Not a scrap of argument witcha. I'm only remembering leafing through W-S catalogues in the mid-80s, and they never got into details of what came from exactly where.
I am interested in the John B. Taylor canister with pear and grapes shown in this video (0.02). Any chance that it is still available? I looked on Niknax and Whatnot but didn't see it. If available, price and selling platform, please?
Good evening. Glad you got your car back. I hope you are doing good. You seem like you may not feel well. I know you stay so busy with work and family life. Thank you for the videos. I really do enjoy them. Please stay safe.
Yes, the canister is from Louisville Stoneware. The company was originally called John B Taylor stoneware which I think is this canister’s mark. Greetings from Louisville! ❤
Have you ever tapped the bowls, pottery, cups, glasses and so on with your finger nail? If it rings, its good! I you have a thud sound, there is most likely a crack!
Love the Crazy Lamp Lady's Good will shopping trips however I am thoroughly disgusted with my local Goodwill store; they have taken the thrill of shopping in their store away, trading it for profit on ebay or whatever else they're doing with donations....in fact I think my thrifting days are over due to the greed and straight up garbage they're putting on their racks and shelves. Sad how our world is shrinking.
I think it's Louisville Pottery Harvest Pear design. That mark was a mess though, I think it was the John B. Taylor signature at the top. He designed for Louisville. But the design was definitely harvest pear.
Well that wasn't one of the better Goodwills as full as it was. That little bird creamer/pitcher Deruta is Italian which I'm sure you know by now. Deruta can bring in some good money. Glad you got your car back. It's still fairly new isn't it?

Now I’m wishing I bought it! 🤗
Your mom said hi to you.
@@meepenjaap7999 I think you're right ❤

OMG!!! to get an honorable mention on a CLL video is epic!!! Made my day/week!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Perhaps for your live crafting day (or future events?), you could include "rescued" single shakers to make button bouquets?!
I want to learn how to make them also. I have seen them but I would love a tutorial

I think a lot of it happens after it is put on the shelves sadly

Love the kitty sleeve that peeks in periodically
That bowl at the end is gorgeous 😍. The crafting challenge sounds fun!
I'd get lost in there. I like that last clear bowl you picked with a thick controlled-bubble base. 😅😮😅❤
Oh my, I just bought that sweater you are wearing! Lol!
Isn’t it cute!!? Sandi and I saw someone else wearing one while we were in NY and she told us where she bought it. I had to get one.
Would u mind sharing where you purchased the sweater, I would love to get one for my daughter-in-law. Thank you so much.
Haha, I just sold the same one in hot pink! Love it :)
I got mine at Walmart!
Love your cat sweater! ♥️🐱
Loved the Georges Briard trivet!! 🎉
Hello Jocelyn you wasn’t kidding that’s a big goodwill 🦋safe travels 🦋
I went to state college after watching your other video and got some great puzzles and clothing. And a tent too! Love your videos!
The next time you're in State College, take 322 east to Milroy and stop at Big Valley Antiques.... it's massive!
Just me but I buy single shakers I put my little button flowers in them, or antique hat pins
I was thinking the same thing!
Good finds. Love the glass bowl at the end 😊
The C on the cow is for Cambridge glass
Thank-you!
That Santa has a face that looks very real
I love mugs, by that massive amount would freak me out

Hello dear Jocelyn, happy you got your car fixed 😊😊
I want that kitty sweater!
I used to use those rolls of fabric to crochet rag rugs back in the 90s!
The chef pepper shaker you looked at from North East Pa is where I live! We are near Erie Pa on the lake.
Crazy Lamp Lady, cool video keep up the amazing work
Deruta creamer is Italy, sells for between 10-20$
My mind is going crazy thinking of all the things that can be done with the roll of fabric.

Deruta is a town known for their pottery production. Many companies. Roosters are classic.Mostly larger.

Do they do those bins instead of bags?
Love your cat sweater, Adorable.

It sounds like Goodwill is the last place she wants to be or maybe she's a bit burned out on Goodwill.
I have thought the same for awhile now. Hope you are well Jocelyn. ❤
The bottle 2:12 looks like one I have and it's a very old vinegar bottle 😊

Your 🐱 sweater is adorable 🫶
I have some of those glass birds from my Mom's estate. My sister said they are salt cellar covers?
Fontanini is by Roman, Inc. So the box with that angel was likely correct.
Have you ever tapped the bowls, pottery, cups, glasses and so on with your finger nail? If it rings, its good! I you have a thud sound, there is most likely a crack!
Yes! I did it with the studio pottery bowl when the camera turned off between clips. 😊
Has she EVER? She does it ALL THE TIME!😂
I deff wouldnt have bought that glass bowl without looking under the tag that was placed so oddly.

Greetings from Wisconsin! 😊
Thank you!
Love your cat sweater!
The bowl with the controlled bubbles foot may be Erickson glass?
I wondered that! Thank you! I will do some research.
That's the biggest most stuffed goodwill I've ever seen. People need to stop buying new and thrift more.
Love the bubbled bowl.😊
Would you mind telling me where you purchased your kitty sweater, I would love to get one for my daughter-in-law. Thank you. Love your videos.
Walmart. 😊
Hello from Sydney Australia 👋👋🌹🇦🇺
Thanks
It's kind of a shame they separate cups and saucers. So much of that stuff probably ends up in the land fill.
I've noticed you aren't really big in to clear glassware or breweriana. True?
Mostly true. It depends on what kind of clear glass it is.
I’m burnt out on it and I haven’t been there for a few weeks
Morning Jocelyn lv Ann uk ❤️❤️❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
you were at my aunts favorite goodwill
The crock that you thought might be Louisville stoneware or MA Hadley is MA Hadley. It was odd that the mark was partially missing though.
I think it's Louisville Pottery Harvest Pear design. That mark was a mess though, I think it was the John B. Taylor signature at the top. He designed for Louisville. But the design was definitely harvest pear.
@@AnneLilley you're correct it is harvest Lear!
Pear

It is new. 😩 All that technology isn’t always a good thing. 😅
Nice finds today
I thought i saw a crack in last bowls bottom, near blob inside bowl
I saw that too. 🤔🤔
1:50 Looks like Louisville John B. Taylor stoneware

Hola from Phoenix, Arizona!
John B. Taylor the original Louisville pottery.
I would have an anxiety attack in there!
