How many meters should the PE be on the Sabertooth to make it viable? 100m? (Overlord is I think 120m)

Sabers need a buf, they are bad almost Everything they do, they are tank (but not really), they have support (but very ineffective), they are slow, the damage is good (but very slow)

Vulkans are so busted. Scorch + ignite is too strong
