Lost a prop on Dardanelle hit floating log just under surface comming off the river, I was in 15 ft of water. I need explore the lake more, to find the Good spots. I did catch my all time p.b 2 weeks ago on Dardanelle THANK you for your videos
Looks like a heck of a good time lol….I can say that cause me and a Rock Jetty just got to know each really well recently….just part of the game i suppose
Navigating the river is pretty standard. Just stay between the bouys and follow your mapping system. Navigating backwaters is a little trickier depending on which backwater you’re trying to get in to.
@Jaret Rushing Fishing we're going to be staying by Pleasant View Park on the east side. Don't want to do a lot of traveling around the lake as we only have three days to fish. Is it pretty good over there by the I-40 Bridge? Coming from Colorado we really never fished anything like this.
So that whole backwater is called Illinois bayou. It’s very navigable but make sure you follow your mapping system. Lots of big fish in there! Look for water willow beds and throw a frog/swim jig in the water willow
Way to have a positive attitude!! We all need to respect how you handled that situation very professionally! Haha god knows how many of us would have been out there losing their minds over something like that.
