Blue Angels #2 Maintenance Flight w/ Afterburner OAK

During the Friday 5 October San Francisco Fleet Week flight demonstration, Blue Angels #1 & #2 both returned mid-flight to Oakland Airport for unstated reasons, and quickly regrouped with the team flying both #7 spares.
#1 returned to the air Saturday, but one of the #7s was changed to 2, and you'll spot the telltale double canopy if you look at photos from that day.
After sitting out Saturday, and at the conclusion of that afternoon's performance, I spied the real #2 heading out to OAK's main runway 30 for what was presumably a test light.
Blue Angel #2 was back in the air for the Sunday show.
