    Cool tip thanks. Ive been making a few of these out of Sterling silver and they keep getting hollows/caves in the spheres. Any idea why ?

    Thanks for the video Nancy:) I tried your technique but mine did not come out perfectly round rather they looked slightly blob like. Am I not heating long enough? What am I doing wrong? Any advice would be great thanks !:)

    I need to get a compressed charcoal block, mine is ordinary charcoal.

    Good, do you know of something else i can use instead of a charcoal base? Or it's a must? Do you think i can do this with some other metals? Perhaps... Aluminium?(PD i'm not doing jewelry)
