  • In Judge Simpson’s courtroom, a familiar face is back-a defendant who insists on representing himself, despite making a mess of his case every time. As the hearing unfolds, the defendant’s antics and poor arguments push the judge’s patience to the limit. Things take a dramatic turn when Judge Simpson, louder and more frustrated than ever before, orders the defendant to leave the courtroom. This explosive moment highlights why Judge Simpson is known for his no-nonsense attitude and dedication to keeping order in his courtroom. It’s a must-watch scene of courtroom drama as Judge Simpson shows there’s only so much nonsense he’ll tolerate-even from a repeat self-representing defendant!

When McGoo said the 8th Amendment was relevant to his case at this point, he exposed his idiocy. The Eighth Amendment protects people from cruel and unusual punishment, excessive bail, and excessive fines. The meaning of these terms has been interpreted by the courts. The Supreme Court has ruled that the Eighth Amendment prohibits the death penalty for juveniles and life without parole for those under 18. The Court has also ruled that the Eighth Amendment prohibits revoking citizenship as a punishment. That has nothing to do with his case.
