Good morning sir, I know u know more than me as an ias officer but only I can give u an advice that u can build up a unknown team in ur regional area that will inform u whats going on in ur region and after that u can motivate the person who are at officer level to not to do corruption by asking them to watch movies based on anti-corruption like mind wash type and ask to do the same so that a chain will made
