I know that there is another variant of that main invincible theme but in the mass attack sounsfont but man I wish there was an extended version of this one that uses the instruments for the jumbo candy theme, more fitting imo

I can imagine D&D with the invincibility mechanism-
Gimmick is simple:
if the character under the influence of the candy touches an enemy, the enemy takes an undodgable 120 damage. This makes it to where it insta-kills most smaller enemies, but will still have the high probability of making the toughest of the toughest bosses realize their doom. However, just like how invincibility only lasts a limited time in most games, the influence will last a set amount of turns (or 20 seconds if not in battle). Oh, and to give a nod to Star Allies, touching another party member while under the influence will share the FULL effects of the candy, and perfect timing (though looking weird) will effectively prolong the influence between all party members indefinitely (until one timing is failed).

If each game did have the lollipop, their effects would most likely be:
Mega Man X - infinite ammo, increased speed, enemies explode on contact
Final Fantasy 6 and Chrono Trigger - Every enemy gets instant death in every random encounter, bypassing immunity, all party members are healed to full HP/MP
Super Mario RPG - basically the same as the invincibility star
Ocarina of Time - you get a speed boost, all enemies are one-shot kills, magic is infinite for a brief period of time, immunity to damage of any kind, Epona gets extra speed boosts
Smash Bros. - same as the star, except you can insta-KO anyone on contact
Fire Emblem - infinite movement range, 100% chance for crits
Touhou (all 3) - you're a giant freakin' lazer that takes up the entire screen and can bring Flandre down to around 2 health bars.
Cave Story - increased speed, double damage
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon - One hit KO's to enemies, they all try running away from you, 2x EXP, speed boost on the field
Mother 3 - much of the same as Pokemon Mystery Dungeon
New Super Mario Bros. - same as the invincibility star
Kirby Mass Attack - same as the lollipop(s) that already exist
Fire emblem should be _increased_ movement range. Infinite would just instantly win any map it's on if there's any kind of priority target.
