If you want visible ans its bf% and genetics unfortunately. I would recommend slowly reducing calories over time and not all at once and only reducing once you plateau. But as a woman you should be careful about getting too low of a bf% in the persuit of abs as it is not good for your hormone production
I get told im not curvy because my booty isn’t popin but at the widest part around my hips measures 37 inches and the thinnest part of my waist measures 25 inches… that’s a 12 inch hip to waist difference and it’s so hard to find jeans! I find low rise are best because I can just go with a perfect hip measurement because the rise won’t go up to where I’m thinnest if that makes sense
Have you ever found jeans that don’t gap in the back at least a little? After trying numerous jeans, I think the waist has to be big enough to get past the hips when pulling them up so idk if I’ll ever find something that fits perfectly
i recommend looking for true vintage jeans from the 80s at online resellers etc. levis 881 are a good example. for some reason they used to make jeans that actually fit women’s bodies back then and then just stopped.

Consider also Abrand jeans although they don t have a curvy type of jeans. I have one of them high rise pair and it is good

Old navy jeans stretch out really bad too. They'll be all saggy at the end of the day
