Custard will taste in the food, I've tried it before. It's only sensitive people who will taste it. Custard has preservatives and emulsifiers, it's not healthy in cooked foods, except the custard powder you prepared by yourself. I used only a spoon of custard, I tasted it in my food. Cornflour is most preferable and not custard
