Another amazing chicken dish this week, by the great one: SisiYemmie herself! This is rich and tasty “CHICKEN CURRY SAUCE” with lots of fresh mixed vegetables and couscous! This is a great treat, especially for us here in northern New Jersey, on another rainy day, cloudy/overcast, high of only 60 degrees, 11 to 12 miles per hour wind, and 84% humidity. Chicken curry sauce, out of Africa! ‘Wonders shall never end/cease!’ Thank you for blessing us!

Thanks for reminding me of this lovely recipe, I have been cracking my head all week looking for alternatives because my kids said they are tired of tomato sauce and jollof and fried rice. The last time I did this they enjoyed and I completely forgot till now. 🥰🥰
