I knew this video was coming, I could feel it. Honestly, I wish the prestige skin was cheaper, and the same goes for all future prestige skins, because I was only able to get FIVE apex packs for the collection event.
Why buy the packs if you arent getting the skin?
I wish that Apex's events weren't mostly just skins and overpriced cash grabs...

I honestly stopped caring about apex cause of how greedy the cosmetics are and how corporate it just feels
another reason why Titanfall 2 is better, you earn coins without paying for stuff and you can get basically everything without spending money.

Vantage just never gets good skins, the only good skins she has is this event skin and her launch bundle.

But this one is unique! It has a unique dive trail but it has a finisher that you can use with ANY TIER! Which is decent but it's still 160 dollars

On a completely unrelated note, man it sucks when your favourite game series get's a bad spinoff with overpriced unfitting microtransactions that becomes way more popular than the original, retcons a lot of stuff and ruins the art style and tone and effectively kills the original series because there is no reason to make a sequel to it anymore.
Pretty sure this could be a proof of concept for a copycat legend in the future

So the thing about the skins themselves is that they’re all subject to peoples’ tastes. I personally really like the different direction it takes from other prestige skins. It has a dope dive trail, and the execution animation is dope.
But my tastes aren’t the same as Macro’s, and we don’t have to agree on our opinions on the skin in order to enjoy the game. All this to really say: buy skins you like the look of if you want and I appreciate Macro for framing this is “I don’t like the way this looks, therefore I will not buy it” rather than “YOU should not buy this skin because I think it looks bad”.
