Silverline are fairly well known for good-for-the-price cheap tools. I've never heard of KS Tools, but folk overpricing bad tools to make them look better is fairly common.

Most of the tools I’ve bought that are branded silverline have been rubbish and ended up falling apart. Don’t trust the brand anymore so avoid like the plague. Frankly if it’s a single use then silverline could do it but I still wouldn’t.

Silver line warranty must be mentioned they replace their kit no questions!
Silver line has replaceable jaws too!?
Real test would be cheap Vs a Branded SWA, CK, Knipex ect

I have the Knipex version and also used a cheap version (similar to the Silverline) and did not see much difference at all.

hmmm. Interestingly this tool is now about £11 including delivery using that link - almost a 300% increase !! - and coming up to £27 on their site. Not such great value then. I've seen manufacturers working this grift a lot before. I wish you could add a bit to your video mentioning it

We can barely see the crimping quality. You could have set up the top camera a tad bit further.. like maybe 3-4 meters higher. Then all we'd see is the studio.. 😛

This is cheap vs even cheaper. Both of these are horrible to use. Where is the expensive ratchet crimper?
    Wiha? Knipex? Pressmaster? Etc.

£3.79 for the Silverline on Amazon? When has it ever been that price? It's £12.95 as of now.

The camel camel camel website shows that the Silverline crimper went down to £4.73 three times between 21 Feb 2024 and about the same date in March. Doesn't explain £3.79, but close enough. (Now waiting to see if this reply will get deleted like my last one, and wondering how I upset the RUclips AI censors...)
