Auto-rickshaw when it comes to shared ride the drivers can get upto 10 passenger to complete the shared ride! So 10x30= 300 so basically the first driver wasn't ripping you off 😅
In Manipur it'll rare to find such scams.. I'm not saying no scam exist but... Manipur is different from other part of India. They've rich culture with good hospitality. But little conservative or introvert
There is a hotel just opposite to the airport and that too a decent one. You can book yourself over there and travel anywhere you want. My best advice, just contact a local guide for a better experience.

Only use the TP here if it's an emergency. So far only used it one time. The bidet is far superior.
