this is definitely in BWV974, it comes two minutes in roughly. Apparently its transcribed to the piano from the full orchestration Marcello had, so definitely would/should be considered a work of Bach as such, but acknowledgement to the source is always proper.
for all the commenters yelling "MARCELLO": "Johann Sebastian Bach wrote a transcription of the piece in D minor for harpsichord (BWV 974), enhancing the dramatics of the first movement and embellishing the Adagio." do you write comments on liszts schubert transcriptions screaming "not liszt! Schubert!!"? that said, it should be written somewhere in the title/description that this is a transcription as quoted above. cheers
a bit late but it is on ryuichi sakamoto - kitai live: playing the piano 2009 - out of noise tour book cd. :) a wonderful cd full of beautiful recordings
Wait a moment! It is not Bach. It’s Adagio from Alessandro Marcello, Oboe Concerto in D Minor. If you listen to the original music, you will be amazed for sure. A fantastic piece.
I love you Ryuichi Sakamato
Musical genius is playing music of another musical genius. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🎵🎵🎵🎵🎵🎵
Bach y Sakamoto... todo belleza
