I think I’m the only one who loves the BR540 dna 😭 I can’t get enough of it lol. Give me all the different varieties 💕 lol
I do too, but I really like some better than others - like I want Cloud Pink sooo bad, despite it being “redundant” - I have Midnight Bloom that has the DNA, even the Cloud body spray (perfume stinks on me) - C Pink has a spiciness that lasts on my skin and forever on my clothes - one dupe I got recently was the Sand + Fog Jasmine Cedarwood perfume oil - granted I’ve never smelled BR540 directly- Kate Spade New York reminds me of Gingham Gorgeous and In the Stars, but Kate Spade and ITS both have a peppery undertone that I also get in Tease Creme Cloud - I feel like if I mixed Gingham Gorgeous with Tease CC it would smell like Kate Spade New York - is ITS more like 540 or Burberry Her, or are we splitting hairs?😊

I really liked this collection. I thought they smelled really good and different enough to want them all in my collection. Sweet, creamy, and cozy. I think they will make good transition into fall scents and the packaging is pretty.
Victoria's secret has made many many fragrances over many many years much like Bath and body works since those 2 are compared the most often ,I feel like at some point they cannot help but to dupe themselves or come out with things that are similar to other things they have released And because they keep trying to give us something new at this point both companies need to take customer advice and just give us some retro scents we've all been asking for from both of them

Right! They’re over saturating with their own products. They’re sister companies and imo they’re getting lazy in a sense just remixing and recycling the same sents .

As someone with a larger than life collection and who's trying not to buy every fragrance mist that comes out, I appreciate your honest reviews. I feel that there's some people that like everything that comes out so it's hard to get a good feel from them, granted I know I have to smell them from myself but thank you for always keeping it real! 😊
I think sometimes we forget that body care isn't VS's bread and butter..like BBW. VS's is focused on lingerie
HAHA! Oh my goodness, the same thing happened to me with my online order! I ordered the Cashmere Collection, but they shipped me the original Love Spell instead of Cashmere! It might be a glitch on the website. I called in to see if I could get a replacement shipped out, and they had it in stock and were happy to ship it, they also gave me a credit for the inconvenience. But that's funny! Looks like this is a problem others are experiencing as well. 😅
i love the bare vanilla cashmere.. its the best vanilla scent ive smelled so far in my opinion.

Since they wanna do a new collection literally every month they should try something for a bit where they just put out old collections like the one from 2019 that had "sugar high" and "cake confetti" or some originals that all of us have been asking for again like Vanilla Lace (my all time favorite VS scent that I want back more than anything 😫😫) like I dont want a brand new one all the time I cant keep up with this 🤣

I agree!! Bring them back for people like me who totally missed out on- I have never owned BV Laced but everyone keeps talking about how good it is - they would make a killing!!
Pure seduction is actually my favorite from the core line, im excited to try thr cashmere version

Love your reviews. Pure Seduction Cashmere was really the one that had that BR540 scent DNA to my nose. I'm shocked that you picked up that scent profile from the Velvet Petals flanker but not the Pure Seduction one. I did not like Bare Vanilla Cashmere. It had too much patchouli for me. Not a fan of peachy or nectarine scents so Love Spell will always be a miss for me lol.
I love Love Spell regular and candied but HATE Cashmere and the new SOL - literally hit or miss for that one.
Love your review! I didnt care for any of them. They just werent somthing i felt I needed but i was happy cause i want to save money any ways. I always look forward to seeing your reviews
I was waiting for this video! I love VS and as soon as i saw that the new collection came out I ordered them immediately. The packaging is so pretty for me😍😍 I can't wait to get them and use them. Thank you for doing these videos!! 😘😘

I heard that Pure Seduction Cashmere smelled liked Raspberry & Cream, which made me curious. I love raspberry notes, and creamy notes with any fruit notes. So I’m intrigued.
As for Bare Vanilla Cashmere, I’m nervous about that patchouli note. Patchouli can go either way for me.
I'm exactly the same way about patchouli. I have anxiety whenever I see the note, because majority of the time it does not work for me. I must admit, this is the one time that it worked, it came across as soft and creamy on my skin, and the "plush" description is accurate. It's not my favorite, but I was pleasantly surprised, compared to the countless patchouli disasters in my life. 😂
@@user-td2hv5ls9r Yes, I’m not a fan of the patchouli in La Vie Est Belle or Black Opium Extreme, but I don’t smell it in Good Girl and I don’t mind it in Black Opium Le Parfum or Rebelle. I just need it to be blended well. I will try Bare Vanilla Cashmere and see.
I usually need a lot of dark notes to cover it up or make it tolerable. At first I could smell it in Into the Night, but now I don’t mind it. I love “Into the Night” now. As long as it’s not strong dirty patchouli.
I love pure seduction cashmere and never buy pure seduction I did not like any others it’s so creamy and sweet
Did you get it? I am not a fan of Pure Seduction but fell in love with Pure Seduction Cashmere.
@@mikahick Yes! I got both of them, and they both are amazing! I lowkey want backups, but I’m trying really hard to keep my mist collection under control. I can’t believe that I almost missed out on them. It made me wonder if I should’ve checked out the other 2 from the cashmere line.

So many accurate points! One question I'm curious about. What are your thoughts about Bare Vanilla Untamed? The reason why I wanted to ask, was in response to your (very relatable) question about any memorable or stand out scents from VS in recent times. The one I would personally name is Bare Vanilla Untamed, which is one of my favorites of all time, and I'm slowly accumulating backups whenever I can afford it on Mercari, because it's popular, expensive, and hard to find. But this scent is genuinely addicting to me, with a dry down that almost feels like rich deep sugar on my skin. What did you think of the Untamed Collection? ❤
I’m so bummed I missed it entirely. Never even smelled it but I’ve heard good things. Claire in Bloom does all the collections and really loves sweet scents and vanilla. We have opposite tastes on some of their other scents, like I love Night Sip, her, not so much.
If any one of those smell like Cloud/ BR540 it is going back with the swiftness 😂😂

I've always hated Love Spell. I was shocked that I like Love Spell Cashmere. I bought it, and it's really good. They toned won all the sharp, screechy notes and tweaked it into something I enjoy. It's my sole Love Spell.

And that’s the reason I don’t buy Vicky mist, there’s nothing nostalgic about them than a repackaged/reminiscent of something or the other while Bbw will bring something new that you might can’t forget easily n Vicky too expensive on top of that.
I bought these just from watching your video even though you weren’t impressed. Im the opposite and so over B&BW. Nothing they’ve put out since last fall has appealed to me. This year I think all I bought was sunset glow, fire cracker pop and vampire blood all the new stuff is boring to me. Them putting out tropicals in the dead of winter and not doing the bake shop collection pissed me off to no end so I just ordered the entire vs cashmere collection minus pure seduction. Im over kool aide/punch fragrances…it’s B&BW’s fault :/

I thought that same thing in store when I went back to smell velvet petals it smells like a stronger version of it's original to me so that made me want to go ahead and pick it up, I haven't yet.
I don’t like Pure Seduction but the Sunkissed version was my favorite!
I have an idea - I’m rewatching this because I just smelled these yesterday as well as Ivory Cashmere from B&B Works and wonder if any of the original fragrances layered with Ivory would smell like this collection - it’s got a little bit of pepper note to me (just like In the Stars and Crème Cloud). I don’t know why everything smells like pepper lately that’s supposed to be vanilla or cozy.
I also just smelled Together Weather and it’s one of my favorites ever.
I literally just placed an order this morning and got the big bottle bundle of the new perfume and was going back and forth about getting all of these and ended up removing love spell from my cart 😭😭😭 dang it now I'm so mad! Lol Oh well i can always get it another time
That one made me gag, and I love Love Spell regular and Candid - that’s all I’ve smelled besides Cashmere and Sol, which I also hate - too screechy, and I am not a perfume snob.

I had to delete my previous comment. I thought I liked them all, but after smelling them again, I realized that I don't like the bare vanilla cashmere. I think bare vanilla cashmere is going back. I like the others enough to keep them.
I just need Bare Vanilla and Velvet Peral La creme back… I NEED THAT STUFF!!!

You are SO right about ALL of these fragrances and their scent notes! I have to say that I am LOVING the Bare Vanilla Cashmere. It is absolutely addictive to me. To my nose, it smells like Bare Vanilla Golden and Bare Vanilla Luxe mixed together with an addition of a tobacco note.

I thought I was the only one that smelled the cloud dna in velvet petals cashmere! I am a fan of cloud and I am never usually a fan of the velvet petals flankers but I smelled it and was like hold uppp. It smells like the og velvet petals mixed with cloud! It's suuuper sweet smelling to me. Like what the new Cloud Pink from AG should've smelled like. I also thought the pure seduction cashmere had a hint of that cloud dna in the drydown, not as prominent as the velvet petals one but I def smelled it. If you smelled them side by side you wouldn't be able to detect the dna in the pure seduction one so I suggest smelling it first thing in the morning or something lol!
You are right about the Cloud DNA being present in Pure Seduction Cashmere also. PSC reminds me of B&BW Sun Blooms and Suede which reminds me of Cloud and also B&BW In The Stars.
I'm over VSS body sprays too. I ended up blind buying Petal Buzz and Cedar Breeze. Meh. Whether they are flankers of the core line or special collections, they all have that VSS DNA which not only doesn't appeal to me, but its also boring.

Lol the bare vanilla cashmere smells like chapstick to me 🤣 I don’t like it so I didn’t get it. My favorite one was the velvet petals. It smells so good on me but then again I enjoy the br540 cloud dna so that makes sense why I like it so much. Smells really powdery and girly on me. Pure seduction definitely smells like fruit pinch. The lovespell I’m enjoying too citrus marshmallow - here for it 😍

I have og love spell and wonder what I can mix it with. Why not layer ones you don’t wear because they’re too noticeable from being so strong? I love Crystal Sands. Never see it anymore.
So many products are from VS are gone after a certain amount of time.
I'm kind of surprised that I've really am loving the Pure Seduction set in fact the shower gels that I have from Victoria's secret I will be using with all of the flankers of the lines so I wish they made more shower gel but I use the shower gel with all of the different ones the vanilla with all of the Victoria's secret vanilla's the pure seduction with the I think I've got maybe 3 pure seduction scents maybe but I love it shockingly so more than the vanilla.
It beat the vanilla in this collection for sure!

Velvet Petals cashmere is really nice in the opening, but in the dry down after wearing it.. it smells just like the original Velvet Petals. I don’t like it I guess I don’t like that almond note.
