Aapke liye aaj laayi hu ek bohot hi carrot cup cake ki recipe jo sweet hone ke saath-saath healthy bhi hai. Ye bohot jyada delicious banta hai, toh aap isse jarur try kare.
Measuring cups
1 cup- 240ml
1/2 cup- 120ml
1/4 cup- 60ml
Ingredients For Carrot Cup Cakes:
2 Medium Sized Carrot (Grate)
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Grinded Sugar
1/4 Cup Refined Oil
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Tsp Vinegar
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup Milk Powder
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Pinch Salt
8 Paper Cups Mould
Cashews and Choco Chips for Decoration

Yes you can try baking at 170°C for 10 minutes first. Check the cakes, if required, bake them for 5-10 minutes more
