Me too! (sorry, I know this is a year old but I'm new to watching this channel) But honestly, I was thinking that and "oh, it's weird that Ollie wouldn't know if Ed and Jamie weren't around" but then I was like, "Oh, he meant in the headspace and not the actual house"

Olly is just the most awesome kid or mini adult now. His both Dads' influence is clear gets more like them everytime I see them. But yet can still see little Ollie. Gaz is amazing. He's so kind and loving. How he cares for each of you really grabs me. Thanks for de- stigmatising our disorder. I have a system of a very different people. And an amazing psychologist who helps me deal with it without judgment. For me the mental health system in the UK has really helped me. Thanks guys. Your incredible.xxx
Ollie is my go-to example of how and why Jess couldn't possibly be 'faking' her DID (as some are prone to accusing her). Ollie has grown up from a squeaky-voiced little boy playing with his dinosaur models to a cheeky young man who's so much like Jamie it's unreal. You just couldn't keep that up for over half a decade without faltering.

Plus side. I was in a seminar once when a professional said there is positive to every disability except DID. I was so mad at him. I finally spoke up. Some positive. You can let the alter who handles pain handle it and not need drugs for it. You can understand kids better because you don’t really lose the child connection. My kids love that part. And if you have to handle something you don’t want to handle it’s ok one of the alters will handle it.
The hell? So weird that he'd single out _only_ DID like that. Or that he'd make a definitive statement about such an inherently subjective topic at all >_>.

The fungus that eats plastic is a thing in the outer world too. Fairly newly discovered but that aspect of the inner world could actually be realised in the outer world :) I reckon the wireless charging too since there's already charging pads now.

I love all the alters and appreciate them for the different individuals they are. I had a medical career so I feel I would enjoy talking with Jaime. I would love to go the Pub with Ed. I really enjoy him. I'm a musician and have something in common with Jake. I also lived in California for some time. And Jess and I are both moms and I just love her. I have EUPD, I definitely think like any mental illness anyone could develop symptoms of DID but DID is so specific, I relate to some aspects of DID with different personalities and my persona changes but that's not DID

It’s like Jess opened a hole through the wall of the multiverse, and she picked characters that were what she needed from the “show” she was watching and made copies of them. These copies are her alters. Does that make sense? It makes sense in my head, but sometimes I’m not great at communicating my ideas.

That happens with us. If alters are fronting they just don't exist in the inner world. It kinda throws things really off balance if an alter gets front stuck who doesn't normally front that often. Like we had a few days where David got stuck out here and he rarely fronts because he's usually busy in the inner world but all the sudden I was stuck in there and he was out here and we weren't able to switch back for a couple days. That happened like two months ago.

How was your experience being in your inner world for that long? Did time pass normally?
That depends what you mean by normally. It always feels like time passes at a normal rate while we're in there but it can be faster or slower than real world time. And we don't really have any control over how that works. The flow of time on the inner world doesn't make any logical sense but we're not really aware of that till we front and see how much time has actually passed.

Hey Ollie, I know this is super late so you probably won't see this, but with your interest in dinosaurs and gaming have you tried Ark: Survival Evolved? It's a survival sandbox world with really good graphics and you get to live with and tame (and occasionally get killed by) all sorts of wonderful dinos. It's one of my favorite games, I can't play it all that often though because I get so emotionally attached to them! Absolutely love you all!

Curious to know if someone is fronting. Does time in the inner world continue? Does it kind of pause, or resume when the alter returns.
From what I remember from a past video the inner world life continues and say if Ed is fronting Ed in the inner world is still doing things and when Ed goes back into the inner world he gets a rundown of what this “other Ed” did while he was fronting
From what I recall... their inner world works like the “cookie” ep in Black Mirror. The personalities are just copied and those copies front in the “real world” ... in the inner world ... they are not aware that they are alters.
