Focalors death dance with the Fontaine theme was one of the most beautiful yet tragic thing I've seen in Genshin. Everything in this Archon quest was PEAK. Even the title was so genius. Masquerade of the guilty... What a masterpiece.
What’s also really cool is that in Chinese the name of the quest can also be read as “I declare you not guilty” foreshadowing the end of the quest o:

It’s even better because the Chinese title reads “masquerade of the guilty” but if you write it backwards in Chinese it reads “I declare you not guilty”

In case you were wondering, her type of dance is called baroque dance, usually done in the 17th-18th century in france and then in the rest of europe, funnily enough fontaine is france based, quite the lovely touch

For people who are confused Focalors and Furina are the same people BUT DIFFERENT PERSONS. In a nutshell: Two sides of the same coin.
Yah Furina is the Body and Focalors is the Soul. Which is why Focalors has all the memories and divine power. This is why i believe that Furina can eventually turn return to divinity. She got a vision so fast and mastered it faster then most who had it their whole lives.

sumeru and fontaine definitely had some of the best archon quests, they just such an interesting backstory for the characters and the designs for the characters in the regions are so good
sumeru was abit to long but it was good, fontaine is 100% the best outta all of them

Fontaine quest was the best in Genshin, and Natlan has a HARD act to follow. Furina deserves the world, and Neuvillete deserves the world for being there for Furina through it all.

Venti and Zhongli: two of the oldest and original Archons did their best to befriend and gave a home to Dvalin and Azhbaha. Even tried to help the dragons to try in forgiving the humans. (Guizhong also did the same to Zhongli 😂)
Ei and Nahida: suffered centuries of great grief upon the loose of their "predecessors". Constantly questioned what is the true meaning of "eternity" and "wisdom" that Makoto and Rhukka ones upheld. And ones they found understanding, they were given one last chance to see Makoto amd Rhukka, then parted with them so that Ei amd Nahida could truly lead their respective nations.
Focalor: this chick did ALL OF THE ABOVE 😭
