New to this video and your channel. I ordered the Tamron 10-24 for my z6ii. I have the FTZ II adapter, which i believe will be compatible at this point. On the FTZ Z site it said i may even be able to autofocus using the lens.
Any updates on how well Tamron DX lenses work on Z lenses currently as i wait for this lens to arrive?

Can work out why the Nikon is quite a but dearer than the Tamron.

How about the sigma 18-35 1.8? Would it work with the FTZ adapter on the z50?

      Interesting question!
      What a nice lens the Sigma 18-35mm 1.8 !!!
It would be very useful to know how compatible the FTZ is with that lens.

I do not have that lens but I have seen multiple sources confirm that it does work with the FTZ. I've used that lens on one of my Canon setups and its great for astro and video but it is HEAVY! It's also fairly loud so if you are recording sound keep that in mind. For landscape it was a mixed bag because I only had threaded filters and could not get that sweet, sweet slow shutter speed look.

@@christian_alejandro_buchanan It works fine, the AF hits every time, the problem about the AF on the Z Mount DX is gone, finally! Take the superb Sigma 18-35 f1.8 and u are going to be happy!
