I bought the "If I Were a Carpenter" tribute CD just for this cover in 1994. Ended up loving everything but 4 Non Blondes.

Of all the covers on that wonderful album, I always felt this was the only one that was too on the nose... no reinterpretation at all (and this is with a dude singing the Karen Carpenter part... kind of strange)
