Her first problem.
The reason why her game is in portrait mode is because she open the game in her second monitor(vertical monitor).
She can fix it by closing the game in her second monitor and should open it up on her primary monitor.
For more detail:
(Normal monitor) Primary monitor is in 1920 to 1080 resolution. (Landscape mode)
While
(Vertical monitor) Second monitor is in 1080 to 1920 resolution. (Portait mode)
Now her second problem.
If the problem is in her monitor and the game is being small.
The game is on higher resolution than her monitor can handle.
If the problem is on O.B.S or Streamlabs.
She is either using display capture just as Joel said, instead of using game capture which is better when streaming.
