@@chace911 I thought it was good until the bridge, idk why they cut the instrumental part coming into it, and why they didn't slow the song down there like it's supposed to...
@@RobynAdeleAndersonOfficialwhy did you decide to do this line at double speed? "cold silence has a tendency to atrophy any sense of compassion." The slowness is the whole point. This slowness is balanced out by the speed of the ending. By playing this portion at double speed, you threw off the balance of the song as a whole.
@@mariusjenkins7294 agreed. The slowness there balances out the fast parts. This versión felt rushed and not balanced.

I never expected it to be so good!

And it didn't get better, when it was there.
Neither did I. I think they nailed it!
As soon as I saw the title I knew the 3 minute part would be amazing to listen to on strings. And it didn't disappoint. Literally gave me goosebumps. Just amazing. Tool can't be covered. And yet, here we are. Thanks for the privilege of hearing this.

I love the original, but it is amazing hearing a singer with such clarity. Also the string section hit me like a truck.
This is the absolute best way to cover a band like Tool. Not just copying what they have already done, but instead making something brand new
