I just got the M11 on Wednesday. My first Leica/rangefinder, but with a Voigtlander lens. I'm sure this will be my 90% daily carry camera with my Jufifilm X100F being the second EDC. Still trying to figure out what my film goto will be. I have a NIkon L35AF2 point and shoot that produces some decent pics. I think either the Nikon F100 or FE2 would be my film SLR depending on whether I want AF or MF. Great overview of what you use most.
The big problem with the Leica Ms and the lenses is that they are not dust and water sealed. My 28mm 2.8 ASPH is already full of dust, simply due to normal use. And it cost me $1200. To have it cleaned inside would cost at least as much. Same for several other M lenses I have. The Leica SL2 is much more durable, with dust and weather sealing.
Are you actually shooting your events/concerts only with the one A1 body or do you use a second body? Maybe you could do a similar video about your main/key lenses 😊
