250 Gm baby corn
1/4 cup all purpose flour (maida)
1/4 Cup Cornflour
Salt as per taste
2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
3 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp chopped ginger garlic
2 Green chillies
2 Medium sized onion cut into big pieces and separated
1 Medium sized capsicum into big pieces
1 Tsp red chilli powder
1 Tsp crushed black pepper
1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
2 Tbsp red chilli sauce
1 Tsp vinegar or lemon juice
1 Tbsp soy sauce
Around 1/4 cup water
My homemmade organic red food color - 1/2 Tsp
1 Tbsp cornflour + 2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp honey or sugar

I made this yesterday as my husband had bought some frozen packed babycorn. It turned out really yummy and everyone just loved it! So I thought I should thank you for this wonderful recipe.
(P.S. I didn't boil the frozen babycorn as it was already soft after defrosting - tip for those who would be using it) 😊

Earlier i used to add corn flour water just adding all sauces....this time i followed ur step and 1st boiled all sauces in water then added corn flour water.....and it made a huge difference in taste.....thank you😘

After frying it twice it gave best result and crisp.... 1st time i havnt fry twice but for 2nd time tried and it become more crispy
