My first car, still own it and love it. For medium 50km - 150km drives on the highway, it's a beauty. I have a more recent ML350 but the comfort of the W211 is something else in my book.

@@timfordfalconxf7714lol just got a e240 w211 had an oil leak too now i have an yellow engine light wheels are humming when reaching 50kmh i can feel it on the gas pedal and the engine clacks when coldstarting sounds like a chain

.. an alternator bearing/belt seizing or giving way-sound.?
It´s a nice machine, but the one i have, sometimes, te engine stops, when im decelarating and braking. Any of you had this problem? Thanks.

Pure engine sound, no turbo or kompressor, maybe its catalyst is missing.
Close that damn window - you are having your clima active and you make it look extremely noisy!
It"s not a perfect car, they have problem with the sbc and brakes
yes, it has mileage about 400 000 km/ it has many problems i think, but it's alive
Trust me you get this car at a low mileage it’ll last you a very long time. It Just uses up a lot of petrol.
