From where can a women get evidence, when she is trying hard to escape from that situation, is she going to have the presence of mind to shoot a video or what? Nonsense. The panelist Barkha hasn't watched the interviews of the women, so she is speaking without any insight about the issue. Most women stay silent because of the social stigma and they know there's very little scope to actually " prove" assault without physical evidence. And the abuse keeps happening because of this. Grateful to media for giving such women a voice and a channel to come out of their inner turmoil. Let detractors say what they want, most people can see through lies and smear campaigns after a while. Men in power going through trauma?? What is she saying?? She should watch the recent video of the said actor's own wife detailing his decades-long domestic and emotional abuse. I understand Barkha's point about viewing both sides and preventing fake abuse allegations, but this is a DIFFERENT situation, it's not a convenient situation like a woman making fake claims for money or fame, these are women who have a lot to lose by coming forward, and nothing tangible to gain. Why do you bring such panelists on who don't know much about the issue, and only have an outsider's view? You're diluting the seriousness of the situation by inviting such a shallow observer to your discussion. I had to stop watching after I saw her smiling smugly and keep trying to present her men-sided view. As if this is about some petty family divorce settlement.
